Unique Indoor Comfort has provided a simple and efficient air conditioning solution for our home. I just had air conditioner and heater replaced by Unique Indoor Comfort team. The process was pretty smooth right from the start to finish. Installation was performed very professionally, including showing up and finishing on time, leaving the house cleaner than it was before and equipment working flawlessly (so far). I had a new central AC unit and a replacement heater installed on 4-5-18. I had a couple of questions about the drainage pipes that had been installed. I hadn't seen them drain since the day of installation. Nelson G came to my home to check to see why there hadn't been drainage. He was very patient and took the time to explain the reason why my system didn't need to drain anything since installation. He also went over several of the system's features including the humidifier.

Paul and Kyle specked out an air conditioning system for our home after a friend said "you have to try Unique Indoor Comfort". The house never had central air and after 3 other companies provided quotes, we went with Unique. They installed the system in 4 days and worked with me as I was doing renovations. That was 8 months ago and today Dylan and John B. showed up to perform the annual maintenance. They were very professional and did exactly what the maintenance plan called for. Christian seemed a bit uncomfortable with the hot water heater I own, but didn't give up. I worked him through my limited knowledge of the system, and some good detail on what happened. Working together, and Christian getting in touch with Whirlpool tech support, they came to a very logical solution. Whirlpool recommended a replacement part under warranty, Christian then followed up again based on his knowledge of water heaters, and in the end, a new part is on its way. This should solve the problem, meanwhile he and I discussed ways I can still take a shower, do the laundry, and run the dishwasher without triggering the over-pressure valve that would flood the basement floor. Tony and Brian did an incredible job with my oil to gas conversion. They arrived on time, placed dropcloths on the stairs leading to the basement door, took the old unit apart, carried it away, and loaded it up for scrap. The only problem i had was that they sprung a leak in one of the supply lines and made a mess, but it was all repaired and cleaned up. I am super-impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the team that installed my heater and AC system. Ricky, Bruce and Joseph worked quickly and knowledgeably to take my old furnace out and install a new furnace and AC unit. The team arrived early and finished up the job within a day! Ricky, Bruce and Joseph were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up all everything before they left and went over all of the features of my new system, making sure I knew how to use the thermostat and the various safety features. They even wore shoe protectors so as not to track any dirt into my house.
Brian B. is a low-key salesperson, no pressure, just a wealth of information about furnaces and air conditioning systems in general and Carrier products as well. He took the time to explain why the specific system he recommended would be best for my home, my specific needs and my future living plans.
