Justin and his team, Zeke and Abe(?), converted every plug and outlet in my large home from aluminum to copper and replaced the breaker box as well. It was a four-day job and they worked long hours to get it done. They were responsive, thorough and genuinely pleasant to work with. Our furnace went out unexpectedly and we were completely without heat. Sean at Tipping Hat was able to come out quickly, offered several options, gave us his recommendations and ultimately helped us find a solution that was right for our house and family. He did not try to up-sell and was so passionate about sharing his knowledge, we walked away from our interaction feeling like we made a very informed decision. On installation day, they showed up on time, worked efficiently and even improved the lighting situation in our crawl space because they saw it would be easy for them to do (this was outside the scope of our project). Tipping Hat stands out from their competition because they offer four years of free maintenance, everything they install is guaranteed for 10 years and they are very responsive and easy to deal with. Tipping Hat was very quick to respond to my request. Someone called me back within minutes of an online query and was able to answer several questions while on the phone.
They sent Mark Albrecht to my house, at my convenience, the following day. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at my current setup and was able to suggest several options. He also quickly priced out those options and provided me an email for reference in the future.

Friday night I am tired and feeling chilly,thinking just me. Wake up Sat morning and still cold except now my husband says he's cold too. Crank the heat up but nope,chilly air blows out.
I called Tipping Hat and they were able to get a Service Tech, Chad out within a couple of hours. They gave me a 2 hour window then a 15-20 min warning followed by an email with Chad's picture and name. Nice Touch!!!
Chad was friendly and approachable. Turns out my ancient furnace hasn't died yet. It was a dirty sensor.
An hour of work on a Saturday and less than $30.00!
They have service and renew sort of thing for $300. which comes with a 2 year guarantee against breakdown. I inquired about it but alas
He let me know, what I already knew, I am playing Russian Roulette with when my furnace will die. It was too old and in bad shape for the deal mentioned above. He did NOT pressure me with the..." Your furnace is going to die and leave you cold,you don't want to do that to your baby,for you?"
Nope, he let me know there finance options in a very non salesperson way. He educated me on their awesome package.
Waking up cold on a Sat and losing out on taking care of a few things sucks. Finding out where your going to get your next furnace and meeting a service person you feel comfortable around.Worth it.

These guys are awesome! Needed a repair quickly to our main water line in the house, that had a leak. Came out the next morning and got it taken care of. I found out about Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating Electric through the mailer ads that I receive in the mail. I needed my hot water heater inspected. I called tipping hat and the office staff were great in helping me make an appointment. Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating staff Sean, Travis, Dan, Deepak did a great job and getting my new hot water heater installed that day. I did have an issue with my heat system that night, the following day Sean, Dan, and Deepak came out the next day and did resolve the issue. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable people. I woke up to a cold house this morning with a baby in my arm on 4 hours of sleep. I called them at 8:05. They said they could get someone here between 11 and 1. I said anytime before 2,I would be here. I had a good 20 min warning call with a picture emailed to me of the service man. Luckily it was just a sensor. He did confirm, which I already knew, that my furnace is ancient and needs to be replaced. ( I am playing a form of Russian Roulette). He didn't over emphasize it and wasn't pushy at all! I recently moved into my first house, after 4 months or so I had already repaired my furnace 4 times and over $1000 spent. Requested quotes from numerous companies and Tipping hat had the best price for the quality of work and products provided. I had Ezekiel and Roman show up at the agreed time and they got the new furnace installed quickly and professionally. Being a first time home buyer I asked a bunch of questions that the answered and walked me through the work they were performing and they were always willing to help. I needed a 30 amp dedicated line for a sauna, and John had to be creative to get through 2 walls in my basement to connect to the breaker box. Despite unexpected steel beams and wierdly engineered HVAC in the walls and ceiling he got the job done. He also kept me informed as it became clear that the drywall was going to need repair. We had a gas leak and a furnace issue and they were prompt to respond to our call, communicated extremely well about the process, arrived on-time and were neat and respective of our property. Their staff was probably the most courteous and respectful of any service we've ever used! We really appreciated their quick response after the gas service to our house was shut off by Xcel till repairs could be made.
