So far my review can only be of my interaction with Robert, who answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. He was extremely pleasant on the phone, set clear expectations and even expressed his knowledge of the area, which for me was a comfort since no one can seem to find my home. The entire team (Wayne M., Jeremy D., Jacob B., Tristan S., Jessica D.) was stellar! Top level service from initial quote estimate, to planning phone calls, to exocution day. There was even an issue where one of the venting parts was a little too short for our deceptively tall roof, and Wayne immediately drove out the needed part so there was no delay to completing the furnace install! The technicians took great care with floor-care precausions and were incredibly kind and helpful with all of my technical questions. I loved the fact that they helped me configure the SmartThermostat on my cell phone even after we kept hitting some configuration error. Our service pro was Jay. He was great. We had 4 pipe leaks behind a shower wall with no access from the back. Jay gave me his view on how to approach the project. We were completely on the same page! He knows exactly what he is doing. He also gave us some advice on some additional work that could save us from further problems in the future. He is a good listener and answered all our questions. I had a furnace installed in Feb 2020 and they did a great job on that install. When the days got hot last week I switched over to the ac but is was not operating. I called Tipping Hat and they sent someone out the next business day. I suspected the ac problem had something to do with the furnace install, as everything was totally dismantled. Carson came out and did a full review of the system. He did discover a wire that was not re-connected at the time of the furnace install. I asked him to ensure the unit was fully charged and he discovered a leak in the line at the condenser. He immediately went to work and repaired the leak and did a pressure check of the line to ensure there were no more leaks. On his way out I asked him what the charges were and he said "This was our fault." and so there were no charges. So, Tipping Hat will stand behind their work as advertised. As I live somewhat in the country, it is not always easy to get someone to come here and do work. Tipping Hat makes us part of their standard territory. Brian came over to inspect a leaking outdoor water spigot. He was very courteous, friendly & professional. He thoroughly explained to us not only what the problem was, but also what it wasn't - which was reassuring since we thought it might have been a frozen pipe we were dealing with. He explained his process every step of the way, and helped us not only feel like the current issue was going to be resolved but also that we were more informed about our house and system. I had Tipping Hat bid out a project for a new high efficiency propane furnace with whole house humidifier. Additionally they ran heat to our finished basement and installed a propane garage heater. Value and professionalism was top notch. Tristan and Sean were upfront with costs and expectations. Both Jeremey and Ezekiel treated our home like their own; ensuring floors and fixtures were properly covered prior to beginning work. During the project Ezekiel kept the work area clean, tidy, and organized. Whenever there was a major portion of the install taking place Jeremey and Tristan took the time to walk me through exactly what was taking place to ensure I was satisfied. There are many companies in the Denver Metro area to choose from. The amount of care and professionalism this crew displayed is way more than what you pay for. Sean was very knowledgeable and willing to do the best for me with what his comp. had to offer. Like that they have 0% financing. That was the biggest advantage for me in these unsettling times as well as transferable warranty as do plan on selling house in next 10yrs. The lifetime warranty on both the central air and furnace was also a big plus. Sean was patient with me and answering all my questions in a timely manor. On Easter weekend, I awoke to absolutely no heat in the house. It was snowing and the temp outside was about 17 degrees. I emailed Tipping Hat and within less than 30 minutes had an appt. the following morning. Sean Farris came out and determined that my furnace of about 14 years of age was gone and needed to be replaced. He did the paperwork, quote and arranged for a crew-who were also very professional,courteous and prompt- that afternoon. For the first time in 2 nights I had heat in the house. I have worked with tipping hat for many house projects. This is the only company that was organized and extremely timely to get things done whether it was a remodel on a time crunch or an emergency and needed done immediately. I have used Tipping Hat previously and was quite happy with the results. When I developed a leak in the kitchen wall from the drain line I called again to request repairs. I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone and she was very concerned and took the information needed to begin the process. Then Travis coordinated the inspection of the problem with Brian who provided an estimate and Dustin who completed the repairs needed. The entire process took less than 2 days to complete from initial call to completed work and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing work you may require. Connor from Tipping Hat is the BEST! He tightened the valve on my main water shut off! That is all! Many, many plumbers would have charged me for a new valve just to make money. He was honest. He was respectful. He is a great representative for Tipping Hat Plumbing! My son used them last fall for a nasty sewage issue.
