These guys did an excellent install with no unforeseen issues or additional pricing. All went to plan thanks to their confident and knowledgeable staff. Look forward to not seeing them again soon..., other than the included maintenance plan :D Sean setup the appointment and followed up on install day. Roman and Zeke were extremely knowledgeable w their work, provided detailed information about programming and features. Additionally, they moved an old washer out of my basement themselves!!!! (I had originally asked them to allow me to use an appliance dolly so "I" could move it. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had already moved it themselves) Bonus work, guys! Great work! Just had a furnace and AC put in---honest and professional group of people to work with. No BS, No up sale for stuff you do not need. Mark provide a concise and professional assessment for what I wanted for the household comfort...he listened to what I was looking for and provided options. The Installers, Angel and Victor were careful of the property, explained the general maintenance requirements, did excellent customer orientation to the equipment and then cleaned everything up. Went to change the furnace and found the hot water heater leaking through the floor on the house. Sean, Deepak and Dan made a bad situation better and literally had us up and running with hot water within 4 hours... May not be an emergency in the bigger picture of life but it was a big deal to us and they gave us a fair price given the urgency of the situation. I used Tipping Hat to install all the rough plumbing in my basement. Great experience in all aspects. Everything was very well explained and the crew was very personable. They were fast, efficient, and funny. My wife was very comfortable with them around our children. While they were working I asked about other possible upgrades and they explained the pros and cons. After contacting multiple HVAC companies for a bid, tipping hat was able to come out the same day versus other companies unable to come out over a week. Honest and up front about cost as well as financing....the best part NO, repeat that NO UP SALE--trying to get you to buy something more than you need. Evaluation on the home gave a set of standards to be met---and that is what Mark did...showed the break down of pros/cons of having too much or too little for heating and cooling. Josh Wyatt went above and beyond in his service. I had 2 very old, dysfunctional faucets in my guest bathroom that leaked and were literally rotting away. However, they matched the golden brass trim in the rest of the bathroom. Josh spent weeks color-matching faucets and pop-up assemblies. I was so pleased, I ordered 3 more faucets for my master bathroom and the halfbath on my main floor. Josh installed all of them perfectly and replaced the pipes in one sink at no charge. He took the time to answer all my questions and is clearly an expert in his profession. I've used Tipping Hat before: they installed a new furnace and AC last year. I've lived in and around Boulder for decades and tried several plumbing companies. I can't say enough good things about Tipping Hat except that I wouldn't use anyone else. Very happy and impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Requested the $259 furnace refurbish ment service for a 14 year old furnace in the Denver area. They called in advance and advised they could be early. Cason was very friendly and through. He took the time to explain the work he completed and showed us pictures of potential problems to watch for. Carson even found the variable speed furnace we had, was not connected to the thermostat correctly and was basically working as a one stage unit at around 60 percent of capacity. (We bought the house a few months ago and did not know this.)
Highly recommendy have Tipping Hat conduct a HVAC inspection prior to buying a home, could save you alot of money. Would definitely recommend them in the future and will most likely have them replace our 14 year old furnace in the future. They were outstanding! Travis G., Carson P. 11/04/19 |

I am a first time home owner and, to be honest, this entire project (furnace replacement, A/C install, and electric panel replacement and relocation) seemed daunting. Every contact that I had with this company was phenomenal. Mark worked with me every step of the way, ensuring I knew and understood every step of the process and was always just a quick phone call away. Victor and Angel were incredibly patient and conscientious with my barking, high strung dogs for the entire instillation. John (who installed our electric panel) kept working to finish the job, even as a nasty storm blew into the city. Everyone was very thorough and I'm so very pleased with the results! Every step of the way, this company was incredible with their communication (I received notification when anyone was on their way, who I should be expecting, etc). I did a lot of shopping and comparing prior to going with Tipping Hat (interestingly, Mark encouraged me to inform myself and compare companies); when the results were in, their guarantees, reviews and customer service, quite simply, far exceeded any other company I received an estimate from. I've had several questions after installation has been completed and Tipping Hat is still right there to help me along, which is quite reassuring-they are clearly seeking to help customers for the long-term, not to just make a quick buck. I keep calling Tipping Hat for my home repair needs and have yet to be disappointed. My furnace was from the 80's and it stopped putting out hot air on the coldest weekend of the year. Tipping Hat came out same day, gave me 4 repair/replace options, and explained everything to me. As a first time home buyer, I don't know much about HVAC, but they made the process easy and treated me like family. Mark, Angel, and Victor got the install done very quickly and redid my entire HVAC system in a snowstorm. Their kindness, responsiveness and professionalism made this stressful process much easier on me. Angel was quiet, professional, and courteous. I had a dog in the house during installation, and he was extra careful as he moved through my house, ensuring that the front door was shut behind him every time he went back and forth to the truck for supplies. This really struck me as above and beyond, as my dog could easily have had to spend the day barking in the backyard- Angel made it easy for me to make sure he was comfortable in the house.

Came home from work to find that my furnace was not working! Called for service and was quickly set up with a service call for that afternoon. Carson was wonderful! Diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and returned the next morning (on his day off) to install the needed part. Justin was just fantastic! found the problem with the wiring in my home, told me what he would do (that day) went back to the shop, picked up supplies and started working. finished four rooms that day and came back on a snow day to finish the work. after Justin fixed the interior wire, fixed the breaker box so my house will not burn down due to an electrical fire. Justin showed me four outlets which had burned. he questioned why the breaker panel had not popped the circuit. after repairing the breaker box, the last "electrician" wired it very poorly. the job was done very professionally, Justin was respectful of my wife, dog and home. this company was truthful and honest. that's a quality that a lot of today's companies lack. Justin was here early, stayed on the job until it was done. cleaned the mess as he went. i have already given out three of the business cards i asked for. in this day, it is refreshing to find a company and workers who take pride in a job well done. i have another electric job coming up. i will call them to come do it. thank you for a great job, and a job well done. Sean F. (sales representative) from the start was by far the reason I chose to work with this company. His knowledge and professionalism went a long way. His team arrived to the appointment on time, and to be honest I have never in my life seen such a hard working group of people. The two service pros who worked the entire day were Jeremy D and David B. They each came in, greeted me and said hello to my dogs (and even played with them a bit), and got right to work.
