They replaced the main valve and pressure regulator on my water line. They were very neat and did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would. Jay did quality work and I have no issues with that. Travis kept me informed on when he would be here as he was running a little late, which I can understand. The issue I have is with the cost. $777 to install a $50 pressure canister (plus fittings) seems extremely expensive to me. I should have gotten additional quotes but since Jay was here and said he could do the work right now, I said go ahead. That is my fault. I have worked with alot of plumbers in my time, I have never met any one like Muris. He took the time to explain everything he was doing from clearing the main line and showing me what he found. As quick of a story that I can tell.
I had an electrical surge and lost power to half of my house. They came out and looked at the issue and discovered that aluminum wiring matched with copper wired outlets was not working well. I was given a quote and they worked with me to get it covered reasonably. This was Monday, Jan 20th.
Yesterday, Jan 25th, they arrived slightly after 8am and started replacing the panel, which was almost 50 years old, and every outlet and switch. The house is grounded properly which wasn't code when it was built. New GFI outlets are installed to prevent the problem.
Now, here is the key to this review: They thought that they were done at 5 pm but a breaker kept tripping and some outlets had no power. They stayed until every outlet worked. I am more than satisfied with their work. Kevin E., Justin P., Melanie R. 01/26/20 |

Muris was great! I had a couple plumbing issues that two other plumbers were unable to diagnose. Muris wouldn’t leave until he diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be more significant than either of us thought. He then put me in contact with other folks to help with issues caused by the plumbing issue. And, of course, he was able to find and fix the problem. I have a 20 year old furnace but he said it was in good shape and didn’t try to upsell me. Trust me, that’s rare when have someone out for an inexpensive service
Tipping hat has some impressive products like a water filtration system and a whole house humidifier that we hope to be doing soon
