I worked with the office staff to set up my appointment. I left a message and a women call me back within the hour to set up the appointment and followed up two days later. The Office gentleman called me on the day of the appointment to confirm that I would be home and later called to let me know the tech would be their about an hour sooner that the appointment and that was fine with me. The Tech arrived at the time of the changed appointment and was very polite and efficient. Work was completed in just over an hour and he did a great job and cleaned up after himself.. Tipping Hat Replaced our 9 year old furnace. Adian gave us an estimate and worked with us on the pricing. On install day, they were here bright and early. Victor and Angel worked very efficiently, installed, checked air conditioning connections, cleaned up and gave us a thorough walk through of the furnace functions. Tristan came by and inspected the furnace work. Everyone was courteous, efficient and thorough. We will use Tipping Hat again because of our experience. I learned about Tipping Hat on Nextdoor.com. It was great from the minute I spoke with Alexa who answered their phone to Sean that came up to check on my furnace the same day. He showed me a way to get it to work so we could limp along over the weekend. We were scheduled for Tuesday and by Sunday our work around was not working anymore. I reached out to Sean via a text and Travis called first thing Monday morning, to let me know they were able to move up the repair to Monday afternoon. Carson came and did an amazing job. He was very professional and informative. I really appreciate when a service company gives great service. They are now my go to guys for Plumbing and Heating. I have a great electrician...sorry guys! Muris was not only on time, but dispatch called to let me know he could come an hour early which worked out very well. While the backed up drain is a common issue, Muris was extremely knowledgable with not only how to resolve the issue but to keep it from occurring in the future. Wayne did an awesome job educating me about my furnace and giving me options for replacement in the future. He found the problem that needed fixing quickly, was professional and courteous, and sent me a detailed description afterward of what I will need in the future to replace my furnace and AC, which is in its last months most likely. Sean F. walked us through the purchase of a new heater, air conditioner. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and is able to talk to you so you can understand. A couple of months after our first purchase we needed a hot water heater. Sean came over to the house informed us of what we needed and had an appointment set for the next morning. I am in the middle of a few years long remodel. I have used tipping hat for all of my plumbing and heating needs. I can't recall the names of the GREAT team that did my Furnace/AC/Hot Water Heater install, but they were fantastic and best of all cleaned up the mess of the old equipment. Recently, I have had a ton of plumbing work done as I added gas to my kitchen and did a bathroom remodel. The team at tipping hat once again did an amazing job. Dan and Deepak managed to find a route to my kitchen that did very little drywall cutting, and Mark did a great job of fixing the plumbing mess in my kitchen. Last but certainly not least I can't forget Jessica who puts up with me, fielding roughly about a call a week from me. This is a great team and a great company, I can't recommend them enough!!!!! Connor arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable, worked with me to clear access to the area. He quickly identified the problem and generated an estimate for work to be performed. After I gave the go-ahead, he shut off the house water supply, replaced the water supply valve to my refrigerator, turned the house water back on, showed me the mineral buildup in the old valve, demonstrated the now fully functioning water feed, cleaned up the work area, and collected my credit card payment. Of course our emergency happened at closing time and had to leave a message. Five minutes late received a call and got scheduled for the next day. Our Service pro arrived within our window of time, notifying us with an email of who we were to expect. Muris was friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He fixed our water backup within a half hour. He also fixed a minor problem with the wires of our disposal that a different company failed to do and did not charge us. We are definitely keeping this company as our go to for plumbing needs, as well as heating and electricity. Brian ( plumber) and Carson (HVAC) were both friendly and knowledgeable. The aspect i appreciated the most was that they were honest. Too many tech’s come over to work these days and they cheat you and lie to you.

When we purchased new appliances for our kitchen and found on delivery that we needed to shut off water to the house because of a cracked water line, Zabih came within a few hours to do a lightning quick fix. He explained our options to us without pressure, cleaned up after himself, and generally turned a terrible surprise into a bearable evening. Tipping Hat was able to come out the same day I called and checkout my sewer line. Muris scoped the line and we set an appointment for him to come back and hydro jet the line.
