Muris B with Tipping Hat was excellent in his customer service. I had a sewer line fail and he was quick to provide an estimate and we were able to schedule a couple days later even admist the holiday they made me feel like a priority. My furnace went out and the AC was on its way out so I was looking for estimates on what it would cost to replace a furnace and AC. I got 3 different estimates. Ultimately I decided to go with the Tipping Hat because I felt that they offered the best overall package for everything and had excellent finance options.
From the start, I was impressed with how communicative they were regarding appointments on estimates and installation via text/phone. During the estimation process, Kevin did an excellent and thorough job of going through all of the the different options of specific furnace and ac units to choose from. I never felt pressured and he answered all the questions that I had. Everything was smooth and straight to the point.
I scheduled an install and the work was completed in a day. Jeremy and Zabih were professional and the install went smoothly. They made sure to cover any areas that they were working on so that there would be no damages and it would be clean. After the installation, they did a great job of cleaning up and making sure no trash was left behind. Jeremy did a walk through of everything that was installed, how to operate/maintain the equipment, and went over the thermostat operation.
Overall what could have been a stressful experience was really made easy and painless from start to finish by Kevin, Jeremy, Zabih, and the staff at Tipping Hat. Tipping Hat came up to Nederland on Jan 31 and arrived on time. They inspected our problem, made a list of all the materials needed and said they would be back on Jan 2 before 10 with everything they needed to complete the job. On Jan 2, they called when they were an hour out and arrived with everything they needed. The job was involved and took most of the day but when they left we had heat and hot water. Tristan, Roman and Ezekiel were awesome! They were friendly, courteous and most of all professional. I couldn't be more impressed with Tipping Hat and, specifically, Will & Jay. When my water heater died they were able to be at my house the same day and had it replaced the next day. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, polite, and courteous. Will & Jay were very knowledgeable about both the product I was having replaced and the products they recommended and installed, it really put me at ease.

Your fellows techs, Jay and his helper/trainee were exceptional. We dealt with an unusual situation, interesting nevertheless - your fellows know details.
