I was very impressed how punctual Professional. Billy was when he came out to give me a quote for a customer of mine. I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Jeremy and Zeke. They did a great job. I am so glad that I called Tipping Hat when my furnace went out. From the office staff to the installers I say "Thank You". Wayne explained everything and made my decision easy. He didn't mind several calls even on his day off. The installers, Angel and Victor didn't mind all of my questions. They made a bad situation alittle better. I had a plumbing emergency...a pipe had burst above my garage and I called 5 other plumbing companies before calling Tipping Hat Plumbing. None of them could come all the way to Conifer immediately. Elizabeth at Tipping Hat dispatched Chad to my house almost immediately and he found the broken pipe and fixed it. This was a pipe to my boiler so I needed it to be fixed to have heat! Before I finished reviewing the Angie’s list Tipping Hat had texted me a phone number and message to be contacted in the AM. I received a call by 7:20 AM. They have been prompt, courteous, and accommodating. We had to have our sewer replaced and they proposed a payment plan that is affordable and even though it hasn’t been finalized moved smoothly. Wayne M. was out Wednesday to diagnose our furnace issues. He was totally professional, on time and competent. He had to order a part, and went out of his way to get it Wednesday night so he could install it Thursday morning. It was feakin cold this week in Castle Rock. He was back Thursday as promised, on time with the part. My Nest thermostat was causing weird readings and making the process a challenge. He reassessed the situation, came up with a great solution, and was able to repair my furnace without a major part replacement. Our house is warm again!!! Today is a snow day in Douglas County. I don't know what we would have done with the kids home from school in a cold house. Thanks a TON to Wayne M at Tipping Hat. These guys are the best, and I strongly recommend them!!! Muris B went above and beyond to explore everything before putting the camera into the sewer pipe. He told me not to have it rotor rooted because it would do more harm than good, as the pipes were in such bad shape. I really appreciated how thorough he was when showing me where all the tree roots were, and where the break was in the sewer pipe. When showing me the estimate he also showed me several different financing options. What I liked most of him was honest and very informative but never pushy. You have a great employee in Muris.
