The best guys out there. Very honest guys! I've had the same guys do the installation of my furnace and ac unit a year ago, this time both Jeremy and Carson installed our humidifier and Reme-Halo unit and made sure I understood everything. Very professional! Brian was great! Knew exactly what was wrong with our leak and fixed it in less that 2 hours! It was amazing how fast he found the problem. Explained everything to us in detail. Brooke is new at the company. She is a personable employee who knows her job and does it well. She was able to get me a skilled installer the same day that I called. And she showed respect to an older person. The younger generations do not behave with any such manners to us, thinking ccx we are useless and stupid. When I called to request a furnace check up and more filters for my furnace, as per the warranty we have on our furnace, the receptionist quickly set up an appointment for the next morning. He was very professional and friendly My 3 year old grandson wanted to know everything that was going on and Connor was very patience while he looked on. Fixed everything in about an hour or so. Robert scheduled me at a time for my convenience and Mark arrived on time. He worked efficiently and completed the project with clear and concise instructions. Later when I found the water was not running correctly, I called Robert and he has Mark return within an hour. A new faucet was required and Mark gave a reasonable quote and completed the project the following day. I was most impressed that he cleaned up the mess. Not all people do that. I have a beautiful new state of the art faucet that works.

I called because my water heater had ruptured and I needed it replaced as soon as possible. The office staff quickly created an appointment and also gave me tips to shutdown the device in order to reduce further damage. Zach showed up within the hour and quickly confirmed the issue. It's rare that you can find a company you can trust, but I've found that to be true with Tipping Hat. They installed a new AC unit and a new water heater last year and I called them to inspect my furnace this year. Carson arrived on time and did the inspection in a timely and professional manner.
