Had a small leak in a pipe above my laundry room. After doing some exploration myself, I isolated the leak to a 90 degree (or so I thought) on the cold water line to the upstairs shower.
I called Tipping Hat to have them come out for the very first time. I have to say I'm very impressed. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day, Muris showed up in the early part of the arrival window, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix my leak. I was also surprised at the cost. It was much less than I was expecting. Saving money is always a good thing. =D

Muris Bogilovic was our service pro. He did an excellent job listening to what our problem was, did a fantastic job being thorough in his evaluation of the problem including looking at multiple of our toilets as well as our main plumbing lines in order to diagnose the problem, told me what my options were along with pricing and his recommendation, and then was very quick with the actual service component. He was extremely professional, and I felt like my problem was being fully dealt with. I would definitely recommend Muris and will likely ask for him by name again if we have another plumbing issue. Called Tipping Hat after the 1st Plumber; that I caught as they lft building; was not able to get he job done. Jessica was very pleasant, calming, took time to listen and get me scheduled. Put covers over his shoes which I appreciated. Listened well to what was going on. Told me what could happen. briefed me on charges if he had to go further with the investigation. (finding the leak) He was very polite, and informative. I will always use Tipping Hat. No fluff or bs. Just good service. That's a real pleasure. My hat is off to them. From Wayne, (supervisor) to Jeremy Tech and Zabih, Asst Tech, as well as a team of Electricians, ALL worked well together and between 12:noon and 6:45ish I had a cleaned up and working NEW Furnace and A/C working and warming my heart and Home... Today Muris Bogilovic came and helped me with a leaking shower that has been bothering me for months. He quickly identified the problem and was able to explain it to me clear and simply. That I very much appreciated. After the first 10 min with Muris I learned exactly what was causing the problem, how it is effecting the pipes, the damage it will do over time, and the most effective way of solving the problem.
