Thank goodness I did not read the bad reviews for this company before choosing them, as I was completely delighted every step of the way. Sean, who initially came out, was not only totally honest with me about choosing the smartest, most efficient air-conditioner (for a rental), he was gracious and flexible. The company promised to price match, which they absolutely did and the renter is not only happy with the results, he praised the crew, that did an awesome clean-up job. We had to replace our AC, humidifier, and water heaters. We received multiple estimates from HVAC companies. Brad came to our house and explained everything plus provided recommendations on what was best. Even after our meeting we had more questions before we decided on what we wanted to do. We were able to get ahold of of Brad immediately. He is a very easy going guy, professional, and is definitely not pressuring in any way.
On installation day Isaac, Shean, and Alden were the technicians who installed everything. Again professional, easy going, and very patient with all our questions. While getting everything ready for installation they had to do something with the electrical and one of our GFI quite working. Without hesitation they replaced it without charge! Once done areas they worked around (back yard, basement, and side of house) were cleaner then before installation.

We had an unusual request in that the heating and A/C unit installed almost a year ago was running louder than expected in the A/C mode. The renters are from Texas and hadn't needed the A/C until the temperature outside hit 90 degrees. The fan was kicking on strong during the night and waking them up. Martin was able to make some adjustments to the electrical panel and rule out any issues so that everyone is sleeping peacefully and we were not charged for the visit.

Wayne showed up on time & was completely professional. He took the necessary Covid 19 precautions (mask & gloves), was thorough & quick. The service we called Tipping Hat for was to get my 102 year old Aunt's swamp cooler turned on. Someone had already tried & said it didn't work, so when Wayne came out, he found that the only problem was the previous person didn't plug it in. Wayne plugged it in, & made sure it worked before telling us he wasn't going to charge my Aunt. The whole THP team did a fantastic job. Chris Ditmore, Chris Ditmore Jr., John, and Carson. Billy was great from the start and went with me through the house to see all the needs and wants; he put together a great package with a price worth paying for. He set up all the visits and then the teams came over a 3 day period and did a fantastic job. I have no complaints, they were ready to do the job and also ready with any covid mitigations to do the job. Had water damage in bathroom in basement. Thought it was a condesation drip from A/C. First employee came out to assess the problem. Told me of issue was leaky gasket under toilet. Gave me a fair price to fix issue. A few days later an associate came out and fixed issue within a of couple hours. Professional and friendly. Recommend this company for plumbing issues.
