I called Tipping Hat when my fan on my furnace seemed to be acting up. Wayne came and checked it out and explained the situation to me. I knew it was time to get my old furnace replaced, and he gave me an excellent quote. From my experience with other companies I could see that their pricing was very fair. They replaced my hot water tank in 2018; and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Chappy and Roman came out and did an incredible job in replacing my old furnace with a much more efficient model in no time at all. They were so kind to explain the process, and I got a kick out of how well they worked together and made the job go so smooth with their organized work The electricians also did a fabulous job. I feel much safer with this furnace and know that I have a wonderful company to call with great customer service from the Initial phone call that informs me of who is coming and at what time with photos so I know ahead. They accommodated all of our special requests which meant a lot during the evaporative cooler install. In the last three years Tippiing Hat has replaced 1) a hot water heater, 2) installed a HALO whole house water trreatment system after I gave up a the Culligan water softener which had caused my water to turn rusty! 3) installed a combustion air circulating system, 4) rerouted the kitchen sink drain, 5) replaced the basement floor sewer drain after the sewer backed up and did a whole pipe burst and cleaned the outs to the street, 6) replaced the rusted and corroded whole house water turn off and Pressure Reducing Valve, and 7) replaced the seals in the toilets, plus other similar smaller jobs. It sounds like I live in an old house. Yes, I do! But I am grateful that I can call Tippiing Hat and get knowledgeable, efficient, and always appropriately quick service, depending on the need. In comparison, I find their prices to be considerate, reasonable, and sometimes reduced for smaller jobs done for no additional cost - and they do a good job of clean-up. We were very pleased with Wayne Mallard as he came out to the house to look into our air conditioning issue. We had a few different companies check us out, but he took time to explain and give us four different options. He checked back and then when we made the decision to go with Tipping Hat he was here with us when his team came. Joe Zagyi and Jimmy Frey were our primary installers. They were hard workers, great with our dogs, followed through with everything, helped us through the process of understanding our new equipment. So far we have no complaints. Wayne checked back today to make sure everything was working properly. Even though we might have been able to have a less expensive scenario, we liked the added promises.

Elizabeth was very friendly and very helpful finding some one to do work her company doesn't do, and transferred my call to them. I still have a plumbing appointment coming up and have high hopes since I also DO NOT TOUCH anything with water..10s of thousands of dollars of bad experiences with water in the past (not from work I did though).

Muris and Nate replaced the faucet sprayer assembly in the kitchen sink. Nasty job crawling under the sink and working upside down. Muris also spotted the housing on the disposer was cracked and soon to fail. They pulled one off the truck and installed. From the first day when Zach showed up to provide me with an estimate, I was impressed by Tipping Hat. Zach was professional, honest and forthright in terms of my options for a new AC and heating unit. After deciding to go with Tipping Hat came our installation day. Zach showed up to make sure my installation crew arrived and everything was ready to go. Joe and Jimmy were my installers and I could not be more impressed. These two young men were courteous, professional and efficient. They wasted no time completing the job, stayed until the job was done and ensured their work was of the highest quality. Tipping Hat Installed a new AC System & we r Happy. We had 3 companies come & give us written estimates. All 3 Estimates were reasonable. Tipping Hat’s Brad & Robert handled the estimate and coordinated installation. Alden, Jake and Father/ Son Electrical partners completely installed system & cleaned up Within 5 1/2 hours on a Saturday. It was 90 outside & 80’s inside, but 4 hours later & since it has been 69-70 downstairs & upstairs with 90 outside again today. Hope this continues for next 4-10 years. We recommend Tipping Hat. I contacted Tipping Hat Plumbing to add an additional water filter system to my sprinkler system. Having used Tipping Hat previously for an outside water line repair I trust their work and expertise. They are always friendly and professional. Upon arrival to install the filter system we discovered a small pin Water leak in the main pipe. Tony the the plumbing technician inspected the problem, shut down the main water valve and with permission from myself and his supervisor not only made the repair but found errors made from the original installation and cleaned everything up, When finished the whole system looks cleaner and professional. He then did the same clean and professional install on the water filter system and provided a back drain that drains into my utility tub. No more climbing a ladder and hooking up a hose to drain it. I Purchased a complete AC/Furnace package and was greeted with a little bit of a sticker shock. But after comparing with other companies, no one could beat Tipping Hat's maintenance and warranty programs. Sean was very pleasant and made sure that Tipping had took care of my needs, including my sticker shock. Tristan and Issac arrived earlier then scheduled and ready to work. They worked tirelessly the entire day until the project was complete and not once did I see either of them wasting time. After looking at Home Advisors I found that a lot of my information was passed onto various vendors, which turned out to be a struggle in the selection process. Tipping Hat may not been the least expensive choice but were clearly very professional and presented four alternatives and explaining the benefits of all the alternatives. They offered a 10 year warranty on parts and labor plus a 4 year service agreement. I choose an upgrade to include the Reme Halo air purifier.
