Brad’s initial visit prior to installation of a new furnace & AC was professional and efficient. He explained why the company doesn't advise replacing a new AC unit with an old furnace. So we agreed to having both appliances replaced.
The two installers: Alden and Jake worked continuously throughout the 90 degree day to get our furnace and AC properly installed. Upon completion, they took all old pieces and trash away. Good work!!
It cost us a bit more than quoted, but we are cooler now and expect to be warmer in fall when time comes to use the new furnace!! Thank you!! Brad G., Travis G. 07/25/20 |

I have found Tipping Hat Plumbing to be a very good company. Dominic spent a lot of time and worked very had to fix a shower handle problem I had. He went above and beyond to fix a very stuck handle which I appreciated. The customer service here is better than most. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing, heating and electric problems. Sean and James did an awesome job of installing a quite large AC/furnace combo into my condo. It took extra help to lift the very heavy unit over my patio fence, but once in place, Sean and James were efficient and professional in the installation and clean up. They were finishing up just as I was returning from a grocery pickup, and James took most of the groceries from the car, and Sean came out to help with heavy items, too. As a 77 year old, that was greatly appreciated! They were also very patient with my doggies. Little Mini is super curious and energetic so they had to make sure she wasn't in harms way. Review for Tipping Hat A/C company
I had the pleasure of calling tipping hat and talking with Sean a service manager, and the next day which was a Tuesday. He came out to my house to look at the A/C that was not working , at that time we both decided to change my A/C.
On Tuesday I received the bid and on Thursday the crew came out and in one day they had installed the heater and A/C for a great price.
The service techs were Chappy, Roman, and backing up a little I am a retired Operations Engineer for High rise office buildings and would of loved to have these service tech’s working for me. These gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable and happy about the work they were doing and I was just impressed with all the guy’s. The guy’s worked hard and I had no problems with them and this was right in the heart of the Coronavirus out break in May, So Sean came out on Monday bid the job, bid was to me on Tuesday, and the guy’s were here on Thursday, and completely done on same day. (Fantastic). And been working since with no problems. Many companies say they will take care of you, but this company is for REAL.
I would also like to say the support staff in the office was just great, from Jessica, Stacy, to Alexia, and to my buddy Ken he was so helpful and understanding because I am not the greatest person to get along with if there are problems, plus I wish I could mention all the people that help me but I can a sure everyone was very professional and nice to talk with. The communication between sales and scheduling needs improvement. Our install was rescheduled twice. Once the crew did arrive, my reservations about this company were put to rest. Brad and Floyd installed furnace and air conditioning and were absolutely the best. They stayed over 10 hours until the job was complete, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Ron was amazing !! Very professional, friendly, had lots of knowledge. Made sure we checked all drains downstairs to Ensure that it wasn’t coming up from the drains down stairs after clearing the drain upstairs in the kitchen. The only problem I had was that dispatch said I would get a email today confirming my appointment and I never got it, so I called in this morning making sure they were still coming. The lady was very nice said yes they would be sending me a email once’s they assigned A technician to the Order and they would be calling me 30 min prior to Ron coming and they never did I even got off early from work Just to make sure I was there and didn’t miss them. Great experience from start to finish with our new Swamp Cooler. Everyone very professional and helpful. I cant believe how responsive and made sure to go above and beyond the call of duty when assisting us with estimate installation and financing. Great job and they beat everyone's price. They went above and beyond to make sure my elderly Mom was taken care of immediately during this time of high temperature. I highly recommend everyone that we spoke with and worked with. Just had a complete replacement done of my furnace and air conditioning through Tipping Hat. Wayne was the supervisor and did the specing of the system. Wayne came out from Tipping Hat to talk with me about installing a tankless water heater. He went through all the pros and cons, gave me additional information and let me take my time making a decision. I had done my research, so everything he was saying was making sense. I was also pleased with the fact that they use the brand of tankless heaters that I had decided was the best. In the end, Tipping Hat will be a little more expensive, but Wayne gave me the confidence that they will also be better quality - something that is a must for a system that should last quite a long time. Dominic was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue. I'm somewhat ignorant to all of the intricate details involved with this repair, but Dominic was insightful, kind and informative. Finally took the plunge and replaced my furnace and AC unit. I did a lot of research and realized quickly that the cheapest wasn't going to be the best.
Tipping Hat has by far the best service package and uses the best equipment which was important to me. They worked with me enough on price to get me in the range I needed.
Install took less than a day and these guys went above and beyond to do the job right and not cut any corners.

10 years ago, I would never have described buying a furnace as "a dream" . . . but I'm an adult now and this was legit a dream experience! From start to finish, Tipping Hat was professional, prompt, and excellent. I called and scheduled a consult. Robert was friendly and personable and extremely helpful. And he pronounced my name correctly?! Seriously?! Robert sent me an email with the photo of the tech who would be coming to my house as well as an email about all their Covid-19 precautions. Billy Wright came to the house yesterday and looked at our current system. He listened to what our heating/cooling needs and wants were and set us up with an excellent new system. I'm a first time homeowner so I didn't know what I'm doing. Billy answered all my questions and gave us honest feedback about our home's options and limitations. Then everything was installed today (they had a cancellation)! Less than 24 hours later and I have AC!! This crew is awesome. Johnathan Euell was our service provider today. We had a clogged bathroom tub drain, which he cleared relatively easily. He was professional and friendly; certainly competent; organized and left the work space clean when finished.
