Tipping hat did an excellent job installing a tankless water heater for me. They prefer the ****** **** model, which is what I wanted from the research I did. Of particular mention should be Jessica who always kept me informed on the scheduling and Jacob. Jacob was the installer who showed up on schedule and PPE prepared. He answered all of my questions, and kept me informed all along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable. He recommended a location that would easily allow a good basement finish if I chose to do that later. He didn't rush through anything and his work was absolutely perfect, even making a couple of changes to fit my home specifically. When completed he ran through the system with me and cleaned everything up. During this Covid19 pandemic, the city of Aurora apparently changed to doing virtual inspections, which wasn't communicated to anyone. Because Jacob was so adept at handling everything and never got flustered, he took care of the inspection, explaining and showing everything to the inspectors on his phone. Of course, the inspection was aced. Jacob also installed the ******** (remote control) option and even made sure I had it all set up and working before he left. I'm not sure I've seen that kind of customer service in a long time! It was apparent that the quality of service and respect for customers is a theme with this company top to bottom. Muris B. was our Service Pro and he truly was fantastic to work with. He showed up 10 minutes early and spent over an hour with us walking diagnosing a complex problem and providing significant education on best practices in maintaining a healthy plumbing system. Had a really good experience with this company. My AC unit was blowing out room temperature air. Greg came out within 2 hours of my initial call and did a great job doing a thorough inspection and explaining my options. He was thoughtful during this time of Covid and wore a mask during every interaction, and we stayed 6 feet apart as much as possible. He had the parts I needed with him, and had everything fixed within an hour of arriving. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely use tipping hat for future maintenance needs. Brad, Floyd, and Corey all did a really great job! Brad was very communicative and double checked everything before getting us a quote. He made sure we understood the whole process. He was very responsive and answered a lot of questions for us. He did a great job following up at the end of each day and letting me know the schedule for the following day. Floyd and Corey were great inside the house. They got their work done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They were also good at communicating. I have an outlet in my bathroom that has tripped the fuse twice in two weeks, plus there was an arc of electricity from the outlet that blew out my curling iron. I immediately called Tipping Hat to schedule an appointment for an electrician to come out and replace the outlet. This happened on a Saturday, so I wasn't sure the offices were opened. Excellent customer service oriented company. I had asked quotes from 3 companies, and Tipping Hat was the best. Michael knew the evaporative coolers so well he could diagnose what was wrong by just listening to the system when it turned on. Robert (Bob) was our contact at the office and he showed courtesy and promptly responded to every question. I called on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, we had a new unit installed.

Billy was Prompt, professional, and very helpful. Said I didn't have the AC problem that I thought. Didn't charge for the call and provided me with a quote for replacement of necessary in the future. Muris knows his stuff and was careful with the removal of drywall, only cutting a small hole needed for access. We have had ongoing problems with our AC, so we scheduled an appointment for repairs. Isaac was on time, very professional, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. Needing to replace your old furnace and AC at the same time is NOT a good time, but Tipping Hat made the process easy. Billy came out on a Monday, inspected my "leak" and gave me the news. He offered several options, and was able to schedule the install for later that week! Roman and Chappy worked together on the furnace/AC. Both were knowledgable and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs! Chris and Chris were the electricians and couldn't have been more professional! Their attention to detail was impressive. All of the men were patient with my many questions, and when they finished my house was spotless. I couldn't be happier!
