Newly moved into a condo and had issues with the A/C. Isaac came and addressed all of our issues. Very professional and patient with us. He stayed longer because we asked since we had so many problems before. Before he left, he made sure that everything was working. Went over and beyond so that our issues were resolved that day. Communication was great, the service was excellent, quick and tidy. Received a text stating the approximate arrival time, and Justin was there within the timeframe. The problem was fixed quickly, Justin explained the problem and the the fix. This is the second time we have used Tipping Hat and will continue to contact them for future needs. After doing some on line research of the RGF Halo LED Air Purification system, I called Tipping Hat to get answers to questions that I still had. I spoke with Ken who was very helpful. He answered all my questions and those he couldn't answer brought the right person into the conversation who answered my questions. Based on our conversation I decided to have the system installed on my HVAC system. Again, Ken was very helpful in getting me on their work schedule next week. We requested an air conditioning tune up from Tipping Hat. Michael Lorman responded promptly and professionally. He took extra time to point out how the system worked and what would need further attention. He was kind enough to give us a reasonable bid for all services at no charge. I’ve used them twice. First they installed a whole house humidifier. I had engaged another company first, but the other company never called me back. Tipping Hat, however came out the very next day. Based on my research their estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed within the week. Top quality equipment and work. Secondly I engaged them to look at my daughters AC unit as she felt it was running all the time. I was told it would cost $29.99 for a trip charge, which was fine. The tech Aiden got there early (He called and asked if it would be ok, which was great for me). He looked at the unit and said it was working well and it didn’t need to be recharged with coolant. He looked the filter, which after speaking my daughter I found out hadn't been replaced in over a year. The filter was changed and when I went to give him a check for the trip charge he refused. “He couldn’t in good conscience take $30 for 5 minutes of work”! So I gave him a tip. What a great experience. He didn’t try to sell me a service or a new unit etc. the AC unit is 21 years old, so when it fails I’ll be calling Tipping Hat and getting great service. when I called, I was impressed with the office person on the phone. She was articulate & very friendly, helpful & professional..She knew immediately what I needed (swamp cooler not cooling although we have a new motor) & said a technician could come the next day!! I love Tipping Hat! They ALWAYS do a great job, stand behind their work and are respectful and professional - what more can you ask?! They repaired our evaporative cooler and replaced the pads. It was in the 90's today and Isaac never complained - he did his job well and we're very happy to still have our cooler. I highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future. I am 68 years old and I have never had so dedicated and competent a team of professionals in my family home before. Their work ethic is above par. They first do a review of your entire system (s) and write out a comprehensive plan. They review everything with you and explain. Once a mutual agreement is reached they make the appointment and work like machines. Everything is brought up to code, well installed and warranties. They test each system and problem solve and throw in freebies to make the customer satisfied. And they are very patient and they actually listen. Expectations exceeded! Muris provided an exceptional service on the plumbing issue we were having (originally believed to be air hammer) that not only addressed the issue we were experiencing but increased the overall water pressure in the house. Muris was professional, strictly adhered to all COVID guidance (i.e., mask, social distancing), was able to address the issue right away, and most importantly hung around to both verify everything was resolved and answer any questions we had. My house needed a Pressure Regulation Valve replaced.
I setup and appointment online, they called to find a time that works best that they had open. On the install day, they bumped me. I explained that I couldn't water my yard and other things were broken due to the pressure being too high in my house. They found me a slot the following day instead of the following week. Just wanted to let you know that you guys rock! Tipping hat did an excellent job installing a tankless water heater for me last week. I want to thank Jessica who always kept me informed on the scheduling; and I especially want to give a shout out to Jacob. I did post a review on the BBB website; but I especially would like the owner and whoever Jacob reports to to know the above and beyond service he provided. Jacob was the installer who showed up on schedule and PPE prepared. He's clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all of my questions, and kept me informed of progress all along the way. He didn't rush through anything and his work was absolutely perfect, even making a couple of changes to fit my home specifically. When completed he ran through the system with me and cleaned everything up. As we found out, the Covid19 pandemic has forced the city of Aurora to switch to virtual inspections, which wasn't communicated to anyone. Because Jacob was so adept at handling everything and never got flustered, he took it in stride and handled everything, explaining and showing everything to the inspectors on his phone. Of course, the inspection was aced. Jacob also installed the NaviLink (remote control) option and even made sure I had it all set up and working before he left. I'm not sure I've seen that kind of customer service in a long time! It's was apparent that the quality of service and respect for customers is a theme throughout your company top to bottom.
