Greg Adamson was of incredible service today, and I can not say enough about his friendly and professional repair. Today, he arrived promptly at 9 am as was suggested his arrival time would be. He came in and assessed the drywall repair, friendly and social, he came in ready to take on the job. With our textured kitchen ceiling, the repair was quite tricky, but he was committed to making us feel great about the aesthetics of the texturing and did not leave until we were satisfied with a job well done. Overall, they did a great job fixing my leaky faucet. They originally gave me a repair window of 11 AM, but Travis notified me by text at 11:22 that the tech, Jay, was running 30 more minutes late. When Jay arrived, he quickly found the problem, but then after quoting me $186 for the repair, Jay had to leave for 45 minutes because he didn’t have the part he needed to do the repair. Their price is higher than what I expected, but I felt it was worth it to have a professional do the job. Once he had the right part, he completed the work quickly, and it has not leaked since. My neighbors used them a couple of years ago and thought they were great, plus they got a free humidstat. Adiano gave me a great price on a new furnace, AC and water heater. They scheduled soon after for installation. Chappy and Roman did a great job in one day. The clean up was good also. We did forget to program the thermostat to the correct day and time, but that a minor issue. Unfortunately the power went off just as they finished. I frantically thought it was them, but it was the whole neighborhood. Everything went off without a hitch. Everyone was knowledgeable, caring, listened, patient. I had a problem with the sprinkler system afterwards that I thought was related to the water being off for the water heater, and they came out at no charge and fixed that also. My evaporative cooler went out in the middle of our heat wave. Everyone I dealt with at Tipping was professional, courteous and followed COVID precautions. Mine was not an easy job and they dealt with things as they came up and by the end of the day my house was cool again. Needed an estimate for 2 ceiling fan installs, a light fixture replacement and a light switch repair. I contacted Tipping Hat via email and received a response within the hour - we made the appointment, and the technician was on time, polite and while in our condo advised that our smoke detectors also appeared outdated and should be replaced. He included the work in the estimate, but itemized everything so we could prioritized the jobs. While we have not yet scheduled, the communication, professionalism and consideration we received was far and above the competitor. BTW - I did the research on the smoke detectors and he was correct. Micheal L, a Tipping Hat Service Pro came to check a problem we had with our A/C and Heater system which had quit providing cool air. The blower was found inoperable causing ice to form on pipes and the exterior of the compressor unit. It then became an issue of either replacing major parts in a 12 year old system or purchasing a new A/C and Furnace. We decided on the latter. Steven. "Chappy" and Roman. P, two young Tipping Hat Service Pro's came to our home, removed the old systems and installed a new A/C unit, Furnace and piping. It was a dirty, tedious and time consuming job, they were true professionals, competent, thorough and stayed with it late into the evening till it was completed. When they departed, everything needed was explained, clean and working as advertised. Tipping Hat, specifically Jessica, Sean, Tyler and Dustin were an awesome crew from start to finish in our recent project. We had them out to replace and install a water heater and furnace. From the get go, this crew was knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Install went smoothly and I *so appreciated* that everyone showed up in masks, gloves and booties. They told us what they were up to at times throughout the day and made us feel comfortable with everything. Dustin and Jessica even helped to quickly resolve the pilot light going out (oddly) a bit later in the evening after hours so that we didn't have to wait until the morning and could keep our bedtime routines going strong. I had been going through the hottest summer without any air-conditioning because my furnace had broken down I called Tipping Hat and Zack to come out the next day and gave me the best price and warranty compared to four different estimates. Zack Send out an excellent team Roman, and Chappy and eight hours later they finished, cleaned up, answered all of my questions and my new system is up and working thank you so much once again for your hard work and dedication to your customers!!
