This is the best company we have ever used. We called for service and talked with Sandy about 12pm, she too us someoe would be out with in 2 to 4 hours. Jose arrived about 1:30pm. He completed the job within two hours. Clean everything before he left. Great job.would highly recommend this company

We had a sump pump issue that caused a minor flood in our basement. I called around and found very few businesses that would come out for a service call. Reid and Pederson responded immediately, and the scheduler gave me a window the following day from 9-1, where Dave D came out the day after I called. He was very professional and explained in detail our options. i decided to go with a new pump since we were at the end of its life cycle. A tad bit late on this review but to sum it up I reached out to this business during Non-Business hours and was contacted rather quickly and the Owner John was very nice and understanding of my questions and came out to my house quickly. They were punctual, thorough, and knew there stuff and definitely will use them in the future! We have used Reid & Pederson Drainage for some years now! We have them out once a year for maintenance and we never have a back up! Kevin and Rico have been to home several times due to plumbing issues I am having with my home. They have fixed many things and have even come back out without hesitation to assure me that they would help me fix the ongoing problem I am having. These guys are great and I never have any concerns when they come out and answer my questions. Mason has worked on plumbing issues a few times in my home. I would not hesitate to have him come back in. He knows what he is doing and is very professional at what he does. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor- who happens to be a plumber. So naturally, I heeded his advice. The service we received was timely, friendly, and informative. Our technician- Mason, resolved the issue, and gave us a very fair price for the services rendered. I will definitely call Reid & Pederson again in the future when the need arises (hopefully not too often!). I was facing (what felt to me like) a horrifying situation that could have cost thousands of dollars to repair. Dan, Kevin W and Ryan R provided the most professional, courteous service. Dan explained to me what he would do if it was his own home and even allowed me to speak to his boss John who explained everything so well that I felt comforted and ready to proceed. In the morning, my house was flooding. By the time these guys left, a line blockage was remedied and my house was back in order.
