Excellent Customer Service!!! I found them on Yelp and all the reviews are true. They came out right away and I did not have to wait days for a technician to come out. Sandy was excellent 1st contact, had all my info at hand and did called me prior to Daniel arriving. Daniel also was well informed, had all my info and service history at hand on his tablet. All work was professionally done, invoice and payment was very efficiently handled electronically (all paperless) and I also received a senior discount as Daniel was alert to notice I qualified. The guys and gals that work here are great...Customer service is always wonderful. Every time I call, I get Rico, he is always super nice and I never feel like we are bothering them with our issues. We needed someone to come out and they got to us right away. The attention to details is 1000%. I emailed them in the middle of the night and received a reply the next morning. I called and was greeted by a friendly person that explained everything that I needed to know from the price to calling when the serviceman would be arriving. The serviceman addressed the problem in a very professional manner. Again attention to details like cleaning up after the service call. Just got done using Reid and Pederson at our home for a sewer clog in our home. This company was amazing from the moment I called the night before service to the moment they left the next morning. I spoke to a gentleman named Rico on the phone telling him our problem we were having. He was very thorough in explaining what might be the problem and gave me a quote. Ryan the technician showed up in the morning who was awesome and extremely nice. They fixed the problem which came with a 90 day warranty. Thank you all so much! As usual, great, professional service. Veta O called to confirm Ryan R was on the way. Ryan was very courteous and experienced. He let me know the pipes in my older tub might crumble when rodded out. He said that if I was having the tub redone, as I mentioned, I should make sure they put in all new pipes. He recommended a plummber R&P has worked with. He rodded out my sewer and cleaned up well. I had a backup in my bathtub.
I was given the runaround by at least 5 plumbers.
I started calling for help at 7:30 -8:00 in the morning. I explained I was at work, but I'd be home at 4:00 to grant access to the tub..
Every plumber automatically wanted to add on a charge for coming out during " premium" hours. At 4:00???????
One plumber even planned on charging $325.... Just for a tub rotting...
Thank God I came across Reid and Pederson. They arrived at 4:00 and were so kind. They put nice clean booties on upon entering my house and continued their extreme cleanliness throughout their visit. Jose was completely professional and kind. They detailed and explained what was wrong with my tub plumbing, and made suggestions on how to improve it in the future.
As they finished the rotting, they cleaned my tub with bleach cleanser, I was in awe of their consideration. As I've been victim of horrible and filthy servicemen in the past. Obviously, not the case here.
