The drains backed up on the Fourth of July. Called R&P in the late afternoon and they called me back within the promised 1/2 hour and set up an appointment for the next morning. By 10:00 am, the drains were flowing and all was well. I was not home when the work was done (neighbor stepped in) so I called R&P after I was informed the work was done and asked to speak to Dan. They said they would give him the message. Dan called within two minutes of my hanging up. He answered my questions clearly and was very helpful. Jose A has been to our house several times and today he was accompanied by Keaton. They were a were a good team, and very professionally installed 2 kitchen drains. I called Rotor Rooter on Sunday 6/26 due to an emergency in my laundry room, this turned our not to be an emergency for them as I was still waiting for someone on Thursday 6/30. I was told by one of my customers about Reid & Pederson. My customer was very pleased with the service she had received.. I called Reid & Pederson around 12:40pm after the other company still did not know what time they would be able to get to me. Needless to say Reid and Pederson arrived at my home around 1:39pm. I've always been satisfied with Reid & Pederson and my last experience was no different. They show up on time carefully lay down paper and cloths to catch whatever crud they rod out. The cost is reasonable considering you won't see them again for a long while!
This time a leak occurred: I wasn't charged and was recommended to a good plumber, who found the faulty joint and fixed same in about 3 hours. He cleaned up after himself as well. He offered the name of a drywall man to repair the access hole he made in our hall.
I'll call Reid &Pederson again.

I was referred to Reid & Pederson by a plumber I had contacted for assistance with a plumbing issue I was having. I called the office spoke to Veta O and less then 2 hours later Ryan K called to say he was on his way. I explained the problem and he immediately went to work. This company is AWESOME! I had a drain line issue that another plumbing company couldn't/wouldn't clear out without throwing other services/prices at me. I did a google search and Reid & Pederson Drainage popped up. I called after hours and the answering service took my information and said I would receive a call within the next 30-45 minutes. I spoke to Kevin who said they could absolutely do everything I requested (rodding/hydro jet/camera) and for an extremely reasonable price. I had a problem with my toilets, showers and tub backing up. I contacted Reid & Pederson on Monday morning and had Daniel R. at my house early Monday afternoon. They were at my house the next day. Thank goodness! They proceeded step by step to uncover the problem, which turned out to be a break in the main line. I'm extremely pleased with this company. My tub had about 8-10" of standing water that hadn't budged in over 24 hours. I filled out an online request at 8:30am and within the hour I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the same morning. The serviceman, Jose, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was completed within 45 mins and he even cleaned up afterward. I called Reid and Pederson at noon on a Monday and they were out to the house by 2:00 pm. I had two other plumbers stop to get the best of 3 estimates. Ryan was ready to get the work done immediately for hundreds less than the two others who needed to return the next day to do the work. He was clean, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and I felt I could trust him. He said he could clear the sewer pipe immediately and did so and explained to my tenant what had clogged it. He even offered and proceeded to clean up the dirty disgusting towels, blankets and buckets that were wet and waste filled on the basement floor. It was a smelly dirty job and he did it as if he enjoyed it. I'm impressed with him, Betty and will always call them in the future if need be. I had an amazing experience with Reid and Pederson and would definitely recommend them. We had some issues with tree roots in our pipes and had two other plumbers out who could not fix it. One quoted us 7,000 to dig up the ground and completely remove the pipe with roots in it. Reid and Pederson came out and worked on it for like 3 hours and were able to clear a lot of it out. The owner then came out the following day and cleaned it out some more and used the video to make sure the pipe was in good shape and clear of roots.
