I have used Reid & Pederson to install an outside trap. It was really more reasonable than the others I researched. They were very professional & finished the job that one company needed 2-3 days, they finished it in one. Just had them in today to rod my kitchen sink. Great workers and finished in no time. I have been turning to Reid and Peterson Drainage for over 25 years! They do everything from installing a new sewer line and cleanout to clearing a clogged drain. Jose and Alfonzo arrived on time and as scheduled. Promptly diagnosed my problem, gave me a price and the work was started. Both men spent a lot of time rodding my sewer line and ran the water to ensure the water flowed freely. Alfonzo also cleaned out a bathtub drain of excess hair and it now works well. This a class A business. We have used them for our annual sewer rodding for a number of years. Recently the kitchen drains became clogged and a look into the elbows proved that they were clean. I didn't know Reid and Pederson did sinks, however when asking around a friend told us that we needed to call Reid and Pederson. I was happy to do that, as we have used them and I knew the service was excellent. It was ! Our service man was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business. I have Reid and Pederson in every fall to rod my very long sewer line. I do not have an outside trap, and they send two men to get it done efficiently in my finished basement and leave everything clean. For a variety of reasons, I kept needing to reschedule, and Betty in their office could not be more friendly and accommodating. Today, after I called her with a question about my sump pump, one of their men who happened to be in my area stopped over just to look and answer my questions. My "Go-to" drainage company! I had my kitchen sink back up one night. I called Reid & Pederson in the early morning and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. Jose arrived on time and was able to rod my sink clear of the debris causing it to back up. If you want it done right the first time call them! They were way less expensive, came exactly when promised, draped my sink area to avoid splatters of debris, and was done in a very short period of time. Seriously they're that goid. I think Sandy could listen better and explain better. She can omit the word billing and use payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check or credit card. Her format leaves one confused on how to pay. While I already expected to pay at the time of service, Sandy's conversation regarding billing me was not helpful and created unnecessary confusion.
I would have liked a call the day of service when it was clear the repair guy was just finishing up a call and would miss the 9am - 11am window. I found out because I called.
Jose did a good job, and handled the payment confusion well. Very professional and kind.
I will indeed use the service again and hopefully have a better scheduling experience.

Called Reid & Pederson Drainage to perform and annual sewer clean out - as I have done over the past 20 years. I first spoke with Betty in the office to set up an appointment for the annual outside sewer line clean out. As usual Betty was very friendly and thorough. In addition I wanted the kitchen sink and bathroom tub/sink lines rodded out as well. Technician Ryan K arrived promptly on the set date and was cordial throughout the scheduled servicing. Not fun to wake up to a blocked and overflowing sewer. They arrived at my house within an hour. Ryan called in the cavalry on a bad situation. Within 2 hours water was flowing and all was clean. The fee was extremely fair and I will continue to use R/P on regular intervals.
