Excellent Service from a great company. I called mid afternoon on Tuesday and the Reid & Peterson representative was here Wednesday morning. Ryan was very respectful coming in and out of the house with shoe covers as well as covers on the equipment wheels. He cleaned out a blocked drain in the basement that was causing my laundry tub to overflow. Entire visit was around and hour and the area where he worked was in pristine condition when he left. I have used this company twice and I have to say, I wish other companies were as professional as this one. These guys have a quick turn around from the first phone call and are always on time if not early. They get the job done quick and they make sure its done right before they leave out the door. They cleaned up both times and even made sure not track mud and dirt on the floors. I could not have asked for a better experience. Service pro Daniel very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Purpose of the visit was to rod the sewer line, but while here asked him about water from sink rising in the tub Immediately he checked it out. Priced out the cost of the job, got an ok and proceeded with the job in the bathroom after asking me which job he should do first. Then went out to complete the rodding. I have to say the guys that came out and took care of my drain problem were clean, efficient and very friendly. I was fearing the worst and the best happened. You never know what can happen with old houses and old pipes and John and Ryan were amazing! Got the job done fast. I was up and running and on with my day. I would not hesitate to recommend Reid and Pederson to everyone I know.

Mr. Keaton remembered us from the installation of our 17 inch Gerber Toilet (which works like a dream and saves on water). I contacted Reid & Pederson before regarding my air conditioner drain (exceptional service) and as always, I experienced the level of service that people would dream about. Mr. Keaton has always presented himself in a friendly and a manner that places you immediately at ease. His reassurance that everything would be okay and his method of explaining what needed to be done and helping me to ease the anxiety of a large bill to a price that I could afford was the greatest gift that I could receive. We called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon to rod our drain for the bathtub. It was quite a job, took about 45 minutes, but what an improvement in our bathtub emptying out! I took a bath last night and couldn't believe how quickly the water drained out. They explained what was going on, we're neat and cleaned up after, and we're very professional. We've used Reid & Pederson when they were just Pederson! They alway done a great job at what I consider a fair price. They call before they come and arrive on time.
