Great service. We called on a Sunday night after 9pm. We received a return call within 20 minutes with the option to correct the sump pump that evening. Since it was not an emergency we decided to wait until Monday afternoon. He arrived on time and was in and out in about 1 hour. Installed sewer cleanout. Did first class job for the quoted price with great scheduling flexibility. Rico, Mason, and Alfonso were helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and cleaned up thoroughly at finish. Keep me updated all the way. Highly recommend this group!
A year later they sent me a reminder that it was time for a preventive sewer rodding which I easily scheduled and added a rodding of the bathtub/shower line at the same time. Jose came out to my rental house and televised a sewer line to identify where the roots were Coming in. He advised the best solution for the problem that I was having. I have been doing business with Reid & Pederson since 2005. They are professional, personable and very good at what they do. In 2005 I had overhead plumbing installed in my home to alleviate a problem with flooding in the basement. The basement has never flooded again. Each year they rod out the line from my home to the street. The technicians always arrive on time and often leave the space they work in cleaner than they found it! I have recommended R&P to family members and friends over the last 11 years and everyone has been pleased with the service. There office staff is just as professional as the plumbers they send out. Every year I get a friendly reminder call for my annual service. In the past 2 years I have seen R&P make major improvements in their administrative processes, leveraging email, digital receipts, etc. I really love doing business with them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
