I called them at about 11:30 am and talked with sandy she was very pleasant on phone and I was told she could have someone there by 1:00.I was at work and told her I could not get there until 2:00.She agreed to time and when I arrived Ryan and his partner were waiting for me.They were very quick to resolve my problem and very knowledgeable about what they were doing,answered all my questions and cleaned up.I am in the hvac business and this is the way we run our business. That is why we always recommend Reid & Pederson to all of our customers who need plumbing repairs because we know that our customers will thank us for recommending Reid & Pederson to them.Again I give the team an A for the way they preformed there jobs its nice to do business with people that take pride in what they do.I will continue to recommend Reid and Pederson to all of my customers and anyone else looking for a good plumbing company. I had Reid and Pederson clean out tree roots from my sewer system. I have used them every time I need to rod out pipe and they never disappoint. When you have to have major work done at your home and spend a lot of money, there is always questions in your mind... Are the workers qualified? Will they be polite? Will they care about doing a well done job? Will I have problems with the work? I would like to say that Kevin, Jim & worker (cant remember his name) were so polite from the time they walked through my door. I was assured that he took pride in his work & wanted to do a great job. There were absolutely no problems! I really appreciate how they came in with a friendly upbeat attitude, did a great job, cleaned up and left nothing out of place. I would like to expound on the fact that Kevin is an outstanding worker that takes pride in doing a great job. He answered all my questions and assured me that he would fix the problem that I was having in my duct work. I really hope that Kevin is appreciated, valued & compensated for the job he does. I called Reid and Pederson on a Sunday night. They returned my call right away. I had a service appointment scheduled for Monday morning. Betty called and said Ryan would be on his way. Ryan was on time, clean, and did a great job.

My experience with Reid & Pederson Drainage was superb. They responded to my phone call immediately and in less than an hour, their technician was at our house. This was extremely impressive, given that this happened on a Sunday, when we discovered that none of our plumbing was working. Mason was exceptional in the way he examined all of our plumbing and concluded that the pipe lines were blocked and needed to be rodded. He spent a great deal of time and rodded both our house drainage pipes and 75' out to the city line. He then checked to be sure everything was working properly. Excellent Service . Friendly when you call , same day service . Jose A was my service pro. Was Given a window of time for service 12- 5 asked if after 1 would be okay ,no problem . Called to say service pro was on his way just before 3 he was here. Jose was very professional cleaned up after his work enjoyed talking with him and answered all my questions. I just hosted New Years Day with my family when I went to the basement and noticed that the laundry tub was filled with water! I called Reid & Pederson the following morning and was told they could have someone there by 11:00am or sooner. What a RELIEF!!!! And to my surprise- the same Service Pro- (Jose) who had been to the house before was here to fix the problem! He was professional, and had access to the previous service calls. I had a massive obstruction in my main going to city sewer and these guys came out on the spot and took care of it in no time. I can't believe how fair they were on the price. Nowadays it's hard to trust anybody in this sort of desperate situation I was in. And I'll tell you what Reid and Pederson helped give me faith in people again. I'm the type of person that doesn't trust anyone. These guys are the most honest and trustworthy group of guys I've ever met. John even gave me free and friendly advice on questions I had about my sump pump. He took the time to explain things in laymen terms. I would recommend this company to all. We had water backing up in our main line outside, causing backup in our home. We had Reid & Pederson Drainage come out and fix the half a**ed job Roto-Rooter did. Jose A. Was our tech. He was very kind in the way he spoke, conceterate of our children and explained everything well. He went beyond what was needed and fixed our problem. Great service! Excellent. Came earlier than the appointment time. Received a call to ask permission for early arrival. Received a photo via email of the technician who was on his way. Completed the sump pump removal and reinstall within an hour. Explained any checking of the mechanism I might need to do in the future to rule out pump versus switch issues. Our kitchen sink was stopped up. I had taken the trap apart and it was clean so I knew it was plugged in the wall. My neighbor recommended Reid & Pederson. I called at 8:00, they were here by 10:00. Very nice, polite young man who explained as he worked. Power snaked it about 35 feet and we now have a working drain. Charged us $135 which seemed like a fair price.
