Peta, Jose, Carol, and Ryan were extremely professional, courteous, and sensitive to our plumbing problem. Peta and Carol skillfully worked the dispatching of Jose and Ryan to fit into a crazy schedule. Jose and Ryan arrived as scheduled, protected our home with shoe covers and took care of our plumbing concern. Over the years Reid & Pederson have been great partners in maintaining. Robert, Kevin and Rhonda did a fantastic job helping me out with my water issues. Starting back about 2 years ago I had Trenchless Innovations out to my house to help me assess my options for dealing with property water. I spent a good amount of time implementing them, and eventually required their services again in the installation of a Sump Pump. I was happy to have them do the work. Since my last rave review of Reid & Pederson, I realized that a repair in my home under the previous owner had routed my sump pump through the septic lines, rather than directly out the house...not to worry, Reid & Pederson to the rescue! Rico, Ryan and Sandy have all taken great care of us and have been extremely consultative, very clear on the solution and quick to get us on the schedule. After a Plumbing Company came and told me they wanted me to pay them $1500 to rip up the concrete in my basement and open up the pipe from said hole in concrete basement to figure out why my water was backing up. I called Reid & Pederson Drainage and they came an was way cleaner and more efficient than any plumber I've ever hired over the years. I was distraught when I called because nothing was going down the drain. I got an appointment for the next day. They were able to rod out the mainline and give me peace of mind. My drains backed up for the 1st time in 35 years. I did't know who to call so I asked a friend and he said call Reid and Pederson, and he was right. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. They gave me a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes before Mason arrived. Mason was very polite and professional. He cleaned the tree roots from the sewer line and had it flowing again. It took him 90 minutes from the time he arrived to when he left. Great price and I will use them again. Great job Mason! I had Reid and Pederson come to my home today to perform sewer and drain rodding. I want to say how happy I was with the results and the professionalism of Jose and his coworker (sorry, did not get his name). They both came in with a professional and friendly demeanor, explained everything to me and got to work immediately. They took their time and ensured that my drains were unclogged and even gave me useful information going forward. I was so frustrated just yesterday when I allowed **** ******* to do the same job, charged me 1.5 times the amount of money I paid today and still did not unclog my drains. In fact it was worse! I want to say that Reid and Pederson now have a life long customer due to their fair business practice and awesome employees. I cannot thank Jose enough for his great work ethic and consideration. I called Reid and Pederson for the first time on Wednesday evening Jan.18. John returned my call right away to set up appointment for the next morning and sent an email with pictures of himself and Ryan the tech who was to come out.
