Checked my basement on May 1 with all the rain and noticed the water was up to the first step in the basement!! I called Reid and Pederson and they came out the same day on a Sunday.

Made the call to Reid & Pederson on 5/1 and with all the rain issues everywhere all my worries were washed away on 5/2 when the guys came out and literally handled business. Dave my man, you all are indeed a god send. Thank you so so very much and please give Betty a hi-5 for me.

We have used Reid and Pederson for most of the 14 years we have lived in Tinley Park. We had an unfortunate experience when we first moved in with another company that didn't seem to understand what needed to be done with our drainage system. A friend recommended Reid and Pederson and as they say " the rest was history." Happy history ! To keep our line in good working order and clear of tree roots, Reid and Pederson does an annual preventive roding of our line. Peace of mind $. Over the years, we had met a few of their employees. We have found ALL of them able, polite and knowledgable. This past year we had a clogged up kitchen drain and we able to have Reid and Pederson also correct this issue quickly and effiently and with a estimate beforehand of the cost of the repair which WAS the cost we paid. I would highly recommend this fine company and their capable employees. P.S. We hired Reid & Pederson ten years ago to fix an underground sewer pipe and ever since we have been hiring them for all our sewer/drainage needs. Most recently, they replaced an old, worn out ejector pump. At a moment's notice they were there to install a new ejector pump that relieved us from the flood in our basement. We've been with Reid & Pederson Drainage almost since they started business in 1987. Over the years, they have serviced us with sewer and drain rodding, maintenance, a clean out installation, and unclogging of drains. I would give recommendations about them to anyone who is looking for the services which they offer. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and their work is invaluable, and very much appreciated by us. They deliver above and beyond what one is looking for in expectations. Jose came at the designated time and came equipped to handle the job. He made sure all surfaces were protected and got right to his task. He was ready to do the job right and not take any shortcuts. He worked to clear the kitchen sink drain and was not satisfied until he was sure his equipment was making a turn in the right direction to properly clear the pipe. With such a strong recommendation from someone in the field, I felt confident that their service would be good. Not only was I not disappointed, but Reid& Pederson exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding and the technician, Ryan, was excellent. For one thing, the owner accomodated my request to arrange same day service given that we were expecting heavy rainfall later that day. Secondly, Ryan was very polite and took time to understand the problem and address it thoroughly. He also did a great job on the clean-up. The pricing was also very reasonable. I had an emergency going on at my home; my sump pump finally gave up the ghost and the result was, of course, a flooded basement. I had just finished hanging new drywall and was afraid it would get wet and I'd have to start all over again. So, I called Reid and Pederson, right away, talked to the lady on the phone, who was so patient and understanding. She assured me that she would have someone call me back in no longer than 1/2 hour. Sure enough, John Reid called me and patiently and with understanding said he would have someone out in about an hour and a half to replace the pump. Along came Jose to the rescue! Super friendly and he took care of the problem in no time. I wouldn't call any other company. Reid and Pederson, everyone there, from the office personnel to the owners and the techs, they are all amazing. Thanks to you all for being so professional and for doing your jobs with excellence.
