Made a pre-appointment telephone call to make sure I had accurate information: right name, address, telephone number and customary costs. Courteous individual, very open with details. For appointment I called rather late. Was told in about 30 minutes I would receive a call back - I did. Got the date and time I requested. They called first to confirm time. Were on time. Did the job well. Cost was very reasonable. Even got a discount because my brother recommended them (he gets one, too, for recommending them!). I am getting NOTHING for this review. BUT, you will get customer friendly, skilled and experienced persons to talk to and resolve the problem you are facing. You may go elsewhere but it will be second best (or, worse!). Our great experience with Ryan K. began the moment he entered our home and covered his shoes when walking on our carpet! He quickly located the problem that was causing our bathroom sink to not drain, fixed it, and cleaned up the entire area. All for a reasonable price, too! Ryan did an excellent job getting my mainline to the sewer unclogged. He ran to some little stubborn roots, but he didn't just give up or say oh it's unclogged. He called for some help from his co-workers that was in the same area and a little help from them they got pass the blockage. He knew exactly what to do and was very informative. At 7:30 in the evening my husband discovered the sump pump had quit working and there was 3 inches of water in the basement. Reid & Pederson was called, the their technician came within 30 minutes to install a new sump pump and the water was eventually pumped out of the basement. We had to have a sump pump installed when our ductwork was being repaired. This team was courteous and patient answering my many questions. Excellent customer service. I called after hours and spoke to an answering service they indicated I'd get a call back within a half hour. I received a call back within about 10 minutes and had my appointment scheduled and was able to get several questions answered. Dan R. did an excellent job. He spent 1 1/2 hours here rodding our drain and showed us what had been in there. I like the fact that your company called to let us know he was on his way and that you sent us a picture of him via email. That is excellent security. I highly recommend this Company for service and reliability. I suspected a problem with my sump pump but I was not sure because I was a new homeowner. A knowledgeable and courteous service technician by the name of Ryan K. Came out to our home in the middle of a snowstorm and did an inspection. He took the time to go over step-by-step with me and my wife of what the problem was. We had no idea that our old was sump pump was totally shot and could have cost us thousands of dollars in water damage. Ryan had a new replacement pump with him and solved our problem right away.
