Our sewer drainage backed up and we couldn't have been more pleased with the work done by Jose A. of Reid and Pederson with their response time and work they did to get to correct this for us!! Jose did a very efficient job and made sure our basement was protected and cleaned up very nicely; in spite of it being a most messy job! We are 100% pleased with the job they did. The folks at Reid and Pederson are a pleasure to work with. They listened carefully to the problem; came out to the house within hours of my call. They unclogged the pipes quickly (2 hours), picked up after themselves, and, best of all they did not charge an arm and a leg for their service! Unfortunately they found that the sewer problem was the result of the house settling and pulling away from the sewer line. They sent me a quote for the repair within a day...also reasonably priced. I have a what might be considered a very root infested main line, when I bought the house the previous owner said rod it once a year but of course I never do until it gets plugged. other people have tried and failed I even rented a machine a few years ago and only poked a hole in it and vowed I'm not doing that anymore. which brings me to this plugging I talked to a few people and kept searching the inter web and ran across reid-petersons review and each and everyone of them had nothing but good things to say, some even spoke on my kind of situation a stubborn root problem these reviews went on to say these guys kept digging at it until they broke through, so I said this is who I need for mine. Dave showed up and had the root destroyer machine, that's what I called. I had a cleanout installed in my sewer line by Rico and Mason with help from Alfonzo and 2 more guys I didn't get their names and Veta and Betty from the office. The job went very good. The technician's were right on time and finished in about 5 hours. They were very professional and I recommend this team for your cleanout installation. I was happy with the turnout. I called Reid and Pederson for help with my sump pump and a leaking drain in my kitchen. Veta immediately set up an appointment for the first thing the next morning and Ryan and his assistant arrived promptly before 8:30 a.m. Ryan quickly determined that the reason my sump pump was running continuously was a broken switch. Since the pump was under warranty he replaced it with a new one. The R&P pair then tackled the leaking drain and replaced it with a new one.
