They called me when the professional was expected to arrive, upon arrival Ryan the professional put on shoe coverings before entering my home he was very friendly,courtes, and efferent in solving my drainage problem the service was great. First time using Reid & Pederson, I had to call and cancel because there would be nobody home to take the visit. Kevin was very helpful and understanding and rescheduled and worked around our schedule. Jose A was the Service Pro that was sent out, he was prompt, knowledgeable and saved me a few dollars, since I described the issue in the wrong manner. I was very happy with Reid and Pederson. They were prompt and very professional. Our technician, Dave was very diligent in getting our drain unplugged. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. They came on a Friday and about 10 days later we had the same issue and they came and cleared the drain again and did not charge us. I was very pleased. These guys are great. Told them they needed to use a jet rod. (from past experience) They used a combination of a regular and jet rod and had the drain cleared in an hour and charged less than $250 We had another company out the day before and they could no get through. Charged over $500 and said it would cost another $700 to $1200 for the jet rod. I told the dispatcher it needed the jet rod when I called them. I would recommend Reid & Pederson to everyone. Reid and Petersen was recommended to me by my mother a couple of years ago. I have a couple of homes, and have used them for drainage or sewer issues at each location. They are prompt, professional, well trained, experienced and extremely knowledgeble. They are readily prepared to handle any job, no matter how seemingly complex. I appreciate that they are courteous and they value a customer's time by responding promptly; usually ahead of the scheduled appointment time, completing the job expeditiously, and leaving the customer very little if any clean up following their work. They are meticulous and thorough, which I truly appreciate. My technician Jose is extremely skillful and methodical. Betty, the service dispatcher is obviously extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of a pending service call and what it entails. She is technically proficient and excels in gleaning information from customers in order to properly evaluate what service will be required. I will continue to use them for any other sewage or drainage issues that may arise at my residences. They have my highest, most enthusiastic recommendation. 12 years ago, right after we moved into our 40 year old house with huge trees, we had a major plumbing back up at Thanksgiving dinner, caused by major roots growing into sewer line. Reid Pederson installed an outside clean out and did major rodding to clean out sewer line. Have had them back annually for once a year preventive rodding. Have not had a sewer back up in 12 years. Also get discount on annual preventitive rodding. Highly recommend their professional, courteous and reasonaby priced service.

Another company had made the matter worse and we were going to have that company excavate our foundation as they assured us that the drain was broken. Lucky for us it rained and they cancelled.
