This is an awesome, reasonably priced company!!! I needed my sewer line done ASAP and they came to my rescue!! They also worked in the timeframe I needed so I didn’t have to take a day off work!! The office gal was awesome and the 2 gentlemen who fixed the sewer line were polite and efficient!! I would highly recommend them and will use them again for yearly maintenance!! We recently had a problem with our kitchen sink drain. As always, we call Reid and Pederson and they were out the next day. A first attempt to clean the drain failed because the drain from the sink goes all the way from the back of the house through the basement and out into the front yard where it hooks up with the main drain from the bathrooms. The following day, Reid and Pederson sent out Dave and his assistant with a new machine that uses high pressure water to clean out lines. They were successful and we know have a clean drain. What a wonderful experience after trying Roto Rooter!! Although they are from Illinois, they agreed to come help for an addl $30 service charge which was well worth it! Jose could not have been more professional! Shoe covers, a tarp for the kitchen floor, cabinet inside taped with newspaper AND he cleaned everything and wiped down the counter when he was finished for leass than HALF of what roto rooter wanted to charge! This is the first time I have called on the services of Reid & Pederson, from a referral. This was truly the best experience I can remember having with any professional plumber. Ryan R. came out soon after my phone call to rod out our drain. He knew what to look for and how to provide the solution. He new his tools like the back of his hand, and as he was rodding let me know what he was seeing ( or feeling ) .. this developed trust & peace of mind with me. It took him less than an hour to complete the job, and he cleaned the portion of wall by the outside clean-out though it didn't really need it. All of this with a smile and making the job look easy. Kenton began to work as soon as he arrived. He was engaging, courteous, and engaging.
He ran the rod into the sewer line to the street numerous times to remove the blockage of the fine tree roots.
When finished he cleaned up and disposed of the debris from the rodding.

I experienced flooding in my laundry area and called Reid and Pederson. They came right away and ensured that they rodded the lines and no further flooding would be experienced. The person that came out gave us no information as to what should be done to resolve the problem in the basement. He gave no definite information but kept stating that he would call his supervisor and someone would get back with us. No one ever called back so I feel that we spent $265.00 for nothing. 10/22/17 |

Jose A. was very professional from the time he rang our doorbell, until he wrote out the Work Order, asked if there were any questions, said good bye and left our home. He was very friendly and attentive as he listened to us, about what was wrong. Once he finished listening, Jose focused on our problem, gathered his equipment from the service truck and brought it inside. Jose was very careful as he did so. He had brought down a tarp and some cardboard first, to protect our carpet (in the family room), as well as walls and utility room items. After he began rodding, Jose kept us informed about his progress. When completed completed this assignment, Jose completely cleaned the work area, gathered his equipment and brought it back to the truck. Overall, I was impressed by his work ethic and his attention to our problem, his professionalism and his ability to stay focused on finishing the rodding. We had such bad results with our plumbing. We've had the pipes replaced twice, in 35 yrs. Each time I felt we were being taken advantage of, believe me that feeling was very strong. My neighbor has been using Reid & Pederson through the yrs and I asked for their phone number. Well I'm here to tell you I was blown away with the svc. I worked in customer svc for many yrs the following is what I look for. punctuality, respect, knowledge of the job, explanation of what was done. After a night of worry, Keaton had my full confidence, I did not have that sinking feeling of being taken advantage of. I have passed on the information to my sister, daughter and son. Hope they take my advice, they won't be sorry. The success of a parent is how their children turn out to be, they should be very proud of Keaton, I wish him much success.
