Finally a pleasant and honest technician. I was referred to your company by a family member. Jose was very professional and actually worked as long as he needed to in order to totally clear my drain. He checked everything first and asked questions.... gave me his professional recommendations for the future as well. This experience was so much better than the experience I had with Roto Rooter, and yes I used their name. They came out twice and still did not solve the problem, but of course they suggested something that would have costed me 3 times what I paid. Our kitchen sink has been giving us problems for years. We knew we needed to get serious with the issue and resolve it once and for all. I called a lot of places and plumbers. Nobody was really listening to what I was saying needed to be done or they just didn't have the knowledge or tools to do it. I wasn't sure if Reid and Pederson would be able to help me since it seemed they handled BIG jobs, but when I asked, they assured me they could and would. Their phone receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Our home is a bit out of their service area, but when the receptionist asked the owner if this was ok, he said he didn't want me washing dishes in the bathtub anymore and they would drive out the extra bit. I am thrilled they did! Dave and his associate arrived on time, were very polite and explained the entire process well. They were knowledgable, experienced, and pleasant. They put down tarps in the work area, covered their feet, and left absolutely NO MESS! The actual hydrojetting process was interesting to watch and again, Dave explained exactly what he was doing and why. (It was cool to watch and I appreciated that Dave did not mansplain anything - I had a lot of questions.) They wiped up the tiny bit of mess they made and were on their way in no time. They were a little late from the 4 hour window, but for work like this it's somewhat expected. Once they arrived they set up quickly, began working and were able to explain to me what was going on.
