Very disappointed with service mans call. He never looked at sump pump because he forgot his wader boots. He said to wait tilll water went down, and then I should call. Next plumber I called installed a new sump pump hand then drained all the water out of the

Great company and Keaton made a bad day much better. With all the rain the city sewer backed up in the house and my main line out got plugged. Keaton was here within an hour of when I called and clean the line out completely and made me laugh about it. Dear Sirs or Madame,
Just a note of thanks following the middle of the night service call on by John and Ryan R.that we requested late evening on Feb. 19th. I know that you were extremely busy at that time given the prolonged heavy rain. Notwithstanding that condition, John willingly scheduled our service call after completing another job around 1 am.
I called thinking that our systems had failed, but John clearly explained onsite how the multiple pumps in our house (all installed by R+P) work, given the heavy water flow from rain and melting snow,. John and Ryan didn't leave until confirming that all pumps were, in fact, operating effectively. It is rare to find a business with that level of service and dedication.
In conclusion, we greatly appreciate that John and Ryan were able to complete the call. It clearly demonstrated to me that your dedication to customer service is obviously a top priority.

Once again, it was time for my yearly rodding of the sewer lines. The tech from Reid, Keaton, was extremely efficient, polite and courteous. Further, he informed me that a check of my records indicated that I did not have any roots in my lines for the past several years and he suggested that I have the rodding done every other year. Service was excellent! After calling many plumbers who quickly told me that they couldn't help me, I ran across this company on the internet. I cannot explain enough how grateful I am that I found such an experienced, professional, reliable, and affordable company. I somehow had a dead animal stuck in my sump pump drain that no one else would help me with. The smell the dead animal was causing in my home was making me even sicker than I already was with a newly diagnosed respiratory illness. The guys were able to find the dead critter on camera and remove it from the drain in no time! I will be sure to use Reid & Pederson for any future plumbing needs, they are the best!
