They're excellent! They'd cleared a drain for me before, and were my first choice when I discovered a sewage disaster in my yard. John Reid responded promptly to my request for a quote, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Ryan came out and, despite discovering a mess of roots, worked tirelessly to get the sewer cleared out! He was professional, but friendly-patiently dealing with my overexcited 4yr old who had a million questions and watched everything through the door-and quite considerate. There was no mess, no muss, no fuss! Veta was great in scheduling the service as well. The price was more than reasonable, with no mystery upcharges, and I highly recommend them! I have been using Reid Pederson Drainage for probably 20 years or so. They were recommended by a friend when I had a tree root cause a major blockage. Since then I have had them do an annual rodding with no other problems. The staff has always been very courteous. It is easy to schedule an appointment.
