After I requested a service call online, John Reid called me back Immediately and got me in their schedule the same day. The office ( Betty) helped with updates of when the crew was coming in the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. Dave and Ryan were very professional and explained the steps they were taking to clean out my sewer pipes as we had some drainage issues. I am happy to report that everything is working properly again and am very satisfied with the work that was done today. I highly recommend Dave and Ryan of Reid and Pedersen. These guys were great! They were able to send someone over and get the flooding in my basement taken care of. Normally me and my husband rent a machine to clean out our main but after having these guys come out I will never go rent that machine again! I had a sewer backup problem on a Saturday. I just googled for a 24/7 emergency service. Their name came up. Judging by their website, they seem to be a professional and mature company. So I called for service. The dispatch took my info. Within an hour, a technician called me back. We instantly set an estimated time of arrival. In another 3 hour or so, i received an email telling me they are on their way to my rental house. And my tenant received a call from them. In another hour, they arrived. My rental house’s sew was clogged really bad and they ran into obstacles along the way. But they didn’t give up. Long story short, they worked hard for about 3.5 hours and finally fixed the problem.
