Daniel arrived a bit early (there was no advance phone call as I had been told there would be when I made the appointment) accompanied by another service technician. The knew where the rod out access points were and went about their task promptly and efficiently finishing their work within an hour. They cleaned up neatly after themselves.

Website did not open to allow me to post review. I was absolutely overwhelmed with how quick and efficient and professional my plumbing problem was resolved by Reid and Pederson. I received same day service and a price that was better than the two other companies I contacted. The service technician, Keaton was knowledgeable and explained everything they was causing my problem with kitchen sink, then he fixed the problem. Keaton was great!! He cleaned up the space where he worked and left notes for me to remember specifics about my plumbing layout. I called today and they came out today. I called two other companies and they said next Monday and the other next Wednesday. I needed something done today. I wasn't at home luckily I have my mom who lives across the street. I spoke with Ryan K. and he was very professional, patient and listen to the problems I was having.
Plumbing Problems: When my sump pump turns on water backs up to my kitchen. This been happening since I moved into my house about 8 years ago. This year it has gotten worst, finally called Reid & Pederson recommended through Nextdoor website by a neighbor. I spoke with Kevin and he was able to get Ryan to come out and take a look at my problem. After speaking with Ryan on what going on and inspecting the problem. He stated rodding the kitchen piping will solve the problem of water backing up into the kitchen when the sump pump turns on. When rodding the piping he stated there were grease and corrosion build up. He was there for over an hour. He inspected everything by going outside and making sure everything is okay.
I am very pleased with his work and love how they came today instead of next week. The prices was very reasonable and affordable. For my particular problem it cost $145. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS AS EXACT PRICE FOR YOUR PROBLEM. Each house is very different. I am hoping this is the answer to my problem. Ryan K. 07/06/18 |

I have never been handled so professionally in all my years of having my sewer rodded. They were attentive, quick and reasonably priced.
