Called them thinking the exterior drain needed rodding just for preventive maintenance. Ryan K. came out and it turned out it didn't need it because it was just draining into the drain tile around the house. I asked him if I owed him anything for stopping by and telling me that, but after he called his boss, they didn't charge me a thing! This is the 2nd time we had Reid & Pederson do work for us at 2 different locations. Both times Ryan Reid was our service rep Ryan does excellent work very polite & explains what the problem is and why it happened. Ryan is a very diligent employee of Reid & Pederson.
He is very neat and cleans up after himself. We are very happy and totally satisfied with his The prices they charge are really good. I already told some friends and family if need work call Ryan Reid

I had a emergency main sewer blockage on a Sunday. I tried 2 local plumbers but did not receive a response. I tried Reid Pederson from their website ad and received a call back in 20 minutes. Although it cost a little more they were able to send someone out right away. The technician was polite, and cleaned up completely. I liked the fact that I got a live person when calling to schedule a service call. Recently purchased home and have had to contact various contractors whose calls go to voice mail. The technician assigned arrived in the scheduled time span. I was informed of his pending arrival via a text and a call. Everyone I had contact with was professional and courteous. Get regular service clearing my outside sewers and am happy with the service. They set a window for the time of service, call ahead when service man is on his way and send a photo of him for safety. I needed an inside drain cleared this morning and Reid and Pederson got someone out right away to fix the problem. The service was fast(same-day) prompt(came when they daid they would) efficient and thorough (fixed the problem and looked for any other issues that may have been involved), friendly(even the dog didn't bark!) and easy payment with a discout for seniors).

Loved this company!!! Betty worked with me to get the appt time and day that I needed. We communicated through text so I was very informed. Jose A, Technician, was AWESOME and very honest. He examined, what I thought was a problem, Jose had a quick fix to it and only charged minimal for coming out to the house.
