Hey this was great, prompt service at a reasonable price.
I've had a slow drain for about a month that I couldn't quite get to myself. Reid & Pederson had good reviews so I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out today. I was quoted a time between 1-5pm, but I got a call before that saying that Keaton V was on the way.
Keaton wasted no time and confirmed the quote that I was given over the phone. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem all within the hour. Very pleasant, professional and clean service. Have use Reid & Pederson a couple of times now, first for an emergency drain stoppage and more recently for maintenance rodding of our main line. Both times the scheduling response has been quick and efficient. Jose A served us both times and he did a great job. We have an inside clean-out access and he was very careful to keep everything clean and contained. He is also very friendly and gave us useful advice for maintenance of our drain pipe. I had regular maintence ti the sewer line done. I was also having issues with back up in my utility closet from the floor drain related to the washing machine. Keaton was professional and determined to fix all issues to my satisfaction. Keaton V. 12/24/18 |

Jose was very polite and completely informing me on the sequence of what he was doing and about to do. Was here one hour, Rodded with 3” first then 4” after drain was cleared. Used the camera and explained its use and recorded the event. After the camera he located the septic tank and measured the exterior. Found the depth of the tank 6-8” and dug a small hole to locate the cover. We were done at this point as I indicated I would finish the digging and have a company come out and evaluate the tank. No roots to speak of were present during the rodding process. The camera showed signs of the 4” inlet pipe dropping below the septic tank which I agree needs attention. The service Pro Ryan was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were having water backing up in our house and we called another company before them in 3 weeks before we found Reid & Pederson. That company tried to take us for more money and had to come back because the problem was not fixed. We are thankful we found Reid & Pederson. They saved use thousands of dollars if we didn't get a second opinion. They know what tools to use and was done within an hour and on time. I will definitely be letting all my family, neighbors, and friends know to use them. And they were reasonably priced. I am very happy. And there customer service was amazing.

Originally they came Friday December 14 to rod my kitchen sink out that was backed up since Monday. The technician was unable to do it. He claimed he went 35 feet.
Next an appointment was set up for Monday to do a power blast. Two technicians tried rodding it and doing the power blast but never unclogged my sink.
I end up calling another plumber. With in the hour he had rodded my sink 50ft and it was all cleared. I know my house what needed to be done. I had gone a week with no kitchen sink. Had to go through a weekend with no sink.
They were professional attitude wise but for the aggrivation I needed someone to do the job. When I mentioned to the other plumber that they went 35 ft and that was all the line they had . He informed me that the lines are 25ft or 50 ft. If they would have done the same I would not have waited to have called another company. Rico G. 12/19/18 |

When you have plumbing troubles Call them . Excellent customer service.Was able to get us help quickly . Fix the problem as well as they could to keep thing moving along . However they discovered a much larger serious issue that will need additional attention. I will have them return to do that work . Replacing a cracked portion of the main sewer .
With out there discovery of this the results would be drastic . Glad I called Reid & Pederson
Tuesday ,December 11 , 2018The day prior Jose discovered a cracked sunken blocked main sewer line . Bright and early
Rico,Alfonso and Mason came to our rescue . It was a major repair job inside and outside !
They had to replace a major portion of the sewer line inside our home and 12 feet outside .
It involved back hoeing out and down 6 feet. to to the necessary repair . They accomplished
this in one day ! They worked swiftly , safely, cleanly and got things moving properly down and out .
