I've lived in the same place for 12 years and always thought my toilet moved slightly, but I was always told that it was in my head. Even when my wax seal was replaced, a plumber from a different company never said anything. I decided to get a new toilet, and Luis asked me if I had noticed that my toilet only had one screw instead of two holding it to the floor. I had! Apparently my flange was broken! Luis & Mike came out on short notice to do a gas range installation for me. They did a great job, and were very pleasant. Luis also pointed out a couple of potential issues to watch for due to differences between the new range & the old. Jon and Joey arrived first thing yesterday morning. I was delighted because they had both worked here a few months ago to remove mold and mildew from a portion of my basement walls. Jon and I walked around my basement to look at the holes in the ceiling that he needed to patch and repaint. Then he and Joey got to work immediately. When they needed to go pick up some materials at the store, Jon let me know. Then, at the end of their day, Jon showed me what they had done. He said they would be back the next day first thing to complete the job. As promised, Jon and Joey arrived first thing this morning and completed the job. They cleaned up after themselves so that everything looks neater than when they had arrived yesterday. I could not be more pleased with their work. Luis and Mike came on a Wednesday to see what the job entailed. Luis and Eddie returned on Friday to do the work. I'd asked to have an outlet for a hose to go out of the back of my condo. I told them where I wanted the hose outlet to be on the outside wall. Luis had explained exactly what they would need to do and where they would have to make holes in the wall/ceiling. They did the best job. When they were done, Luis showed me where the holes had been. They cleaned up so it looked cleaner than when they started. And they covered up each hole so it looks like there's a little screen with tape around each hole keeping all the dust and particles from flying into my basement! It just looks great. Jonathan and Joey did a fine job of replacing sliding closet doors and installing wooden bi-fold doors. Jonathan came back to add a piece and did the job in 30 minutes.

Luis came to our home on Tuesday, June 18, and fixed the long-standing problem with our garden hose connection with our main water line. The (external) connecting pipe had been exposed to the cold and cracked every spring. We had another plumber solder the pipe, but the quick-fix didn't last.
Luis completely removed the compromised pipe and created a new connector mechanism so that the connector pipe was no longer exposed to the elements. For the first time in 2 years, we now have a working garden hose.
Luis was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. He worked efficiently in what was a hard-to-access space, and explained his procedure thoroughly.
We were very happy with Luis and his workmanship. We continue to be delighted with Pann's service and personnel.

Although a bit costly, Jon and Joey did an nice job, even doing work off-site to accommodate the disabled resident. an additional piece was needed and Jon came to do the work within a few days. Ryan O'Neil came out in early May to do my AC service. He found that I needed a new capacitor and so I called to schedule that service. I was happy to see Ryan come back to do the work, as well as clean my air handler. He is polite and pleasant. He does the job efficiently and he is thorough. He is respectful of my home, always cleaning up behind himself and always putting shoe covers on without being asked to do so. Peter K. from Pann Home Services responded to our request for an assessment of our furnace and air conditioning system. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He encouraged and answered all of our questions, and he performed important diagnostic and maintenance services for our heating and air conditioning systems. He also advised us about additional service provisions, and he assisted us with regard to a plumbing problem that we have had for years. We will now schedule a visit for frost-proof piping and insulation so that we can (finally) connect and operate our garden hose. This has been our second recent encounter with Pann Home Services, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the competent and friendly service we have received. I have had Pann Home Services come to my home on two occurances. This last time Steve and Scott came to inspect my plumbing and repair/replace my outdoor faucet. The work was scheduled for the next morning and the work was done in a timely and competent fashion. The work is guaranteed. That's important to me. The men were friendly and courteous. Pann sent out **** ****** to fix some roof leaks that resulted form the heavy snow last winter. **** checked out the roof, and found some problem areas (rubber boots around sewer roof vents, chimney flashing seals, raised shingles on edge of roof, bay window caulking).
