My heating died last Sunday afternoon, a day after a snowstorm. I called PANN and within 1-1/2 hours, Peter arrived at my door and determined that the furnace motor had burned out. He said he would be back the next day with a replacement, explained the cost, and left me hopeful. He also offered me a space heater to get me through the night. As a brand new PANN customer, I was thrilled with the quick response to my emergency call!! Long story short, within 24 hours of my original call, Peter was back with a new motor and I had heat again. He was efficient, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions about the heating system, and a really nice guy. So glad I chose PANN for my heating and AC maintenance.

Pann Home Services has been my go to source for HVAC for several years now. While doing a routine semi-annual on my furnace they found some serious problems with the heat exchanger, when I saw the crack in the exchanger I was horrified to think that gasses had been seeping out thru the heating system. Within a short time, the guys replaced the furnace and at the same time I had my 8 yr. old water heater replaced. The professionalism of these guys is incredible. Work done within a day for each project and not a bit of residual mess, I was amazed. The crew introduced themselves, wore booties to come up and replace thermostat in living room. I tend to be a fault finder, as my friends can attest, but, I could not find one thing to complain about. Ryan, Kellin & Tim were an attribute to this fine company, I can't recommend them enough. * With winter here and concerns about high levels of CO-2 found in homes, and some of the tragedies I hear about, I'm just super glad that I have an annual service contract with Pann. Peace of mind at a small cost. Thanks guys !!

Pann Home services was excellent. They call before they come out to confirm you are home, assess the issue and promptly fix it. My technition was familiar with the equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem. I recommend Pann highly.

Your pricing is outrageously out of line. I agreed to the $70 base service fee expecting that this would include the diagnostics and then a quote for fixing it. I was then hit with a $299 diagnostic fee for a very simple determination. It took 15 minutes to find the problem - a clogged filter and o-ring to replace. You then charged me $225 for simply cleaning a filter and replacing the ring. A total of $591 for 1.5 hour call is ridiculous. I will be contacting to request a refund. I have used Pann in the past but if I don't get a refund then I will never use you again, I have also started spreading the word about your absurdly high prices. This is very unprofessional.

Had some trouble setting the appointment time and had to reconfirm a couple of times because they weren't sure when they could come, but the team was very responsive and helpful. It all worked out in the end. The technician was very friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, and the service was good and prompt. Overall, a good experience.

Pann is one of the only places around that services gas fireplaces. Steve was courteous and made sure to keep everything tidy. Luckily it was only a malfunction with the switch but best to be safe and have them inspect it than to have a gas fireplace issue. He also did a Carbon Monoxide test prior to leaving to make sure everything was safe for our infant.

Came out to fix our old gas wall furnace (which heats our den). We couldn't get the pilot lit after it blew out. Arrived in allotted time and got our furnace working again. A part was fried and had to be replaced. Even had the needed part in the truck.

I am nowhere near as happy with this experience as I have been in the past. I had an appointment 2 weeks earlier and was told the parts needed for my furnace would likely take 1 week to come in. When I hadn't heard in 1 week I called and was told they would be in by the end of the week. When no one called me, I called back the following Monday to find that they had just arrived. I was given an appointment and asked to be at the end of the 4 hour window, to which they agreed. The tech was close to an hour late and only half the job could be done. I am still waiting for a call to schedule the remainder of the work. As always, when the work is done, it's good. But the organization is lacking.

I signed up for a Protection Plan with Pann Home Services for my own home heating/AC a few weeks ago. They had not needed to do any work for me yet. A week ago at another home I own I discovered the very old main waste pipe had several major leaks that had been leaking in the basement which was a serious and hazardous problem. I called Michael Pann, the owner, who came to the house first thing the next day. The entire waste pipe in the basement needed to be replaced. He called his office, ordered the necessary replacement pipes, and scheduled the work. I have never experienced such a quick response. I have owned 5 homes in my life. Matt D and Peter came and replaced the broken pipe, reconnected the other pipes which drain into the main pipe, notice another piping problem and asked me if I wanted them to fix that while they were there which they did. This problem could have been a disaster if not fixed so quickly. Matt and Peter were polite, professional and thoughtful explaining to me all that needed to be done. Their work was superb. They completed the project in less time than I expected. I am extremely impressed with the owner of Pann Home Services and his employees.

I have used Pann Home Services for a number of requests over the last year and a half or so. Most recently, Amy F scheduled my appointment to have Jim L. come to patch and repaint some holes in a couple of walls in my home. Jim was wonderful. Like all Pann employees, Jim was very pleasant and easy to talk to when explaining what work I needed. He told me ahead of time the number of steps he would have to take and they arefor the time it would take, approximately. That was very helpful to know. Before he left he cleaned very well after himself. I could not have been more pleased with his work.

They made an effort to coordinate their visit with my schedule and were able to work around my last minute delays. The technician was very knowledgable and professional. Ryan showed me a problem with my heater and replaced a part . He pointed out other problems I have but i'm holding off right now because my heat pump is fairly old and I don,t want to put anymore money into it. I'm waiting for a price to replace the unit in the coming months. I would definitely refer Pann to friends and family.

Pleasant, on time, always keep you in the loop but this time missed an important issue. Two hours after leaving the apartment was getting colder & the heat still didn't come on, called a friend & found out the system needed to be bled, which was why the heat wasn't coming on. As a professional, this shouldn't have been missed & I should get some money back as the problem wasn't solved by your company.

They both worked well together and answered any questions I had as they worked. Two very nice gentlemen , polite and did job quickly. They cleaned up area upon completion and removed all debris. Recommend them for any work.

PAUL B was the first of Pann people we met. He was very courteous and very professional in all he presented to us about remodeling and about Pann and their professionalism. It did not take long to see Paul was right. He was always there when you needed him , always was available for questions and truly made us decide to go with Pann. John D renovated our kitchen and bathroom. His ideas and expertise were beyond what I expected. He shows his talents in his work and does everything with such care and accuracy. He is a perfectionist and treats the work he does as if he was doing his own home . He is courteous, and was always was on time and always cleaned up with no trace off work ever being done. It was a pleasure to have John do the work and it is reflected in the beautiful kitchen and bathroom he did and complemented by all who have seen it. Gilbert d installed our central air unit. He said it would take 4 days and he finished at exactly the time he said he would, He was very professional, courteous and on time every day.. Pann truly lives up to their reputation by having employees like Gill. Every year I use Pann Home Services to check on my furnace. From start to finish this is a very professional experience, replete with reminder calls beforehand and this followup afterwards. Naturally the Service tries to sell products (in my case a $500 plus addition to their services). But: and I appreciate this: it is not a hard sell, just a recommendation. And if I can afford it next year, I shall do it.

We had a leak in an old toilet. It could not be fixed, so Pann replaced it. They came on time and everything was done well. When the plumber *** had finished, we also discovered that there was a problem with the boiler, so he fixed that also. We were very happy with the service.
