My ac broke down monday night so I called them tuesday at 7pm. I explained we have a baby and it was really hot for him. After a long time on hold they came back and told me they would send someone that same afternoon. They came over and fix the problem immediately. Im so thankful. Everyone in the company was helpful! Tom H. came to our home to service our AC unit that went out during a heatwave this week. He was polite, professional, and very playful with my two dogs :) , along with being knowledgable about the unit. He explained everything before and after the service, letting me know the cost before proceeding with actual finish work. One of my AC units was broken and Tom was sent out to repair it and service the other unit. During his evaluation of the unit Tom identified and documented several Problems and showed me the costs or repairs. given the previous problems I had with this unit I elected to replace it instead and Tom helped me set up the appointment and will return to check on the new unit after installation.

When the original quote was above my budget, he contact Michael Pann directly to help me afford the much needed work. **** originally came to investigate some staining under one of the grab-bars in my bath/shower. He found that the wall was almost completely rotted through under the window. The repair eventually involved rebuilding the wall under the window (inside and outside), insulating the wall, re-inserting the window with a new interior sill, and re-tiling the entire enclosure. **** did the work carefully and well. In addition, he made it possible for me to stay in the house by carefully lining the work area with plastic, reinstalling grab bars, and arranging a temporary curtain for my shower. Rich did an immaculate job at replacing two toilets, and fixtures on a bathroom sink. He had a keen eye for detail, and taught me a lot as he worked. I have been using Pann Home Services for years now and I have full confidence and gratitude for their great work and customer service. They go out of their way to book an appointment that will work for me, and I appreciate their follow-up calls and emails to let me know when the technician is on his way. That said, I would like to give Luis high praise for his work this week to install a new toilet. He was attentive to detail, did great work, made sure that the area was clean when he finished. Had a small bedroom converted into a laundry room and Pann Home Services did a fantastic job. The service personnel were courteous, effecient and friendly. They took great pains to do a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day. It was no disruption having them here as they worked virtually so quiet most of the time.
