Tim B from Pann Home Service has proven to be a excellent service provider, he has serviced our heating and air conditioners units for a few years now. A month ago we had a leak under our sink. My experience with Pann was great from start to finish! From my initial phone call (when I was panicked because of a water heater malfunction and the tech on the phone calmly talked me through each step of getting things sorted out) to the email confirmation showing me exactly who I could expect to show up at my front door - now THAT is customer service. Tim B., the service pro, was excellent! He talked me through exactly what the issues were, how to resolve them - explaining everything clearly and with all the pros and cons of the options - and then helped me pick the best solution. I hired Pann to measure and replace an ancient through-the-wall air conditioner in my condo with a fuel-efficient model that they purchased, and overall it was a great experience. The only complaints I have are that the whole process took a few weeks and I think they were pricey (although I did not obtain other quotes so it's hard to say for sure). It's a busy time of year for them and this wasn't an emergency job so I can understand why it wasn't lightening fast, plus there was some back and forth communication with me in there. As far as price, I had a good feeling about them from dealing with Paul who came out to measure, and they offer a 3-year warranty on the job, so I decided not to get another quote. The bottom line is I'm extremely happy with how the job came out and would use them again in the future for any work at the condo my husband couldn't handle! A final note that the techs (Mike C and Mike K) who installed the unit were just awesome - communicated with me on their timeframe, were friendly and efficient, were very careful of my condo (put on booties, put down dropcloths, vacuumed out water that was underneath the old air conditioner, cleaned up afterwards and removed all the waste from the job). They were just total pros, combine that with the fact that the unit Pann purchased fit perfectly and works great, and both me and my tenant were very happy! Michael C., Michael K. 07/27/14 |

Tim B. at PANN HOME SERVICES is awesome ! He is professional, courteous, thorough, and talented. He recently did plumbing work at my home replacing an out dated non-working toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Went like clock work, he ordered exactly what I wanted for a replacement toilet, arrived when he said he would, removed and disposed of the old one with absolutely no disruption to my home - efficient and clean, I'm so pleased with his work. When ever I have an issue and it gets assigned to Tim, I do not worry about anything, as I know the high quality work he does. In my opinion he is an asset to PANN HOME SERVICES. What a wonderful day I had meeting Mike K. from Pann Home Services. My request was to have a carpenter arrive this morning and was scheduled for 9:00AM. I was contacted by Mike at 8:30AM stating he was on his way. Mike arrived on time, greeted me with a warm smile and a hand shake thanking me for scheduling a service call. Once Mike entered my condo he put on his booties and listened to my issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to approach each issue. I truly enjoyed meeting Mike K., you can tell he really enjoys his profession; he speaks very highly about the Pann Company, and meeting him today, has convinced me that I found the perfect full service company to meet all my needs.

Mike K., did a wonderful job coordinating a BIG project today requiring removal of kitchen appliances and re-install new appliances. He also coordinated a plumber to install the dishwasher at the same time, as well as doing carpentry work. This project took the entire day with a crew of four from PANN. All employees were very helpful, pleasant and very professional.
This project was very difficult because I had prior work done that entailed new kitchen counter tops and flooring from Home Depot. The job was so poorly done by Home Depot, that PANN had to take extra time to resolve all issues and obstacles they encountered with reinstalling new appliances.
Mike K, went above and beyond to make sure things were running smoothly, and at the end of the day, everything was perfect, a job well planned and executed, outstanding clean-up and I was able to close the door behind me with a feeling of accomplishment. And I owe it all to Mike K., for making it happen. This man is more then just an employee; he knows the value behind Customer Service.

John & Mike F. have been working at our child care center for weeks. It has been a pleasure to work with both of them. Their work appears to be highly professional. They have been open to our ideas regarding a design change that will make our work much easier.
As important as their skills they have both been highly respectful of the staff and families.. I suspect that they are not accustomed to having to adjust their schedules to the needs of small children, but they have been professional and smiling throughout the job. Their language was always respectful and even the music that they listened to was appropriate for the families to hear.
The job is not quite finished but what is is very well done.

I've had a service contract with Pann for years. They're great. They helped me out in an emergency - water main break in my basement, on a holiday weekend, in sub-zero weather. Tim was great; he showed up on time and was very courteous. He examined the issue (Plumbing) and took the time to explore an effective yet less costly option versus ripping a hole in my ceiling leading to all kinds of other issues. Really appreciated Tim's approach and his expertise. Pann isn't the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and in the end felt very comfortable with how we arrived at the end result (no more leaking bathroom, nor did I feel like I was held over a barrel with the cost).
