Mike and Andrew arrived on time and work diligently all day to install our new wall unit water heater. They worked extremely hard and were very polite as well. We had gas meter arise and they coordinating getting National Grid to our house to make sure everything was done safely as well. They cleaned up very well after themselves as well. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen as well as PANN Home Services to my friends and family.

I noticed an unusual noise from the furnace on Friday morning. I called Pann Home Services and Renee answered the phone. Since I still had heat, I got a first call on Monday. When I got home at 10:30 pm Friday night, the temperature was 2 degrees below what was set. I immediately calle Pann and got emergency service. Michael B returned my call and said that he would send someone on Saturday. When Gilbert D. came on Saturday, the blower stopped working altogether due to motor failure. Since the supply office had been closed for the weekend, I was told that Monday was the earliest for this to be fixed. However, Michael went out of his way to get the supply office to open and got the part that I needed to replace the motor and spared me from a heatless weekend when it was below freezing outside. We had a plumbing emergency and Pann was able to send someone out right away. Tim and Joseph were amazing and went above and beyond to fix the problem and were even able to get a quote for other work that we would need as a result of our burst pipe which was fantastic. I have had service done on my gas fireplace two years in a row. I can honestly say that the service provided in each visit was probably worth a 5 star review. However, getting them here was difficult. Last year I made the appointment and called the day before to confirm. I was told that I was all set. Then no one showed up. When I called to find out why I was told I didn't have an appointment. They did get me an appointment on a day that was convenient and did not charge me the fee to just come out. This year I made the appointment and called 3 days before to confirm. I was put on hold and told that they needed to change my appointment due to an "emergency'. I'm not sure how an "emergency" happens with 3 days warning. Anyhow, when I made it clear that I made the appointment on a rare weekday off, they agreed to get someone here. I had Pann Home Service in to diagnose and repair my gas fireplace . The service man new was clearly experienced and within minutes found the problem and quoted me a price to fix it. He had the part needed with him and within hour had not only replaced the part but had done a complete cleaning of the fireplace. I would definitely consider using Pann Home Services in the future. My fireplace wasn't working and Ron H. came and explained not only why it wasn't working, but also what he had to do to fix it. Fortunately he had the parts in his truck and managed to get it to work again in time for these cold New England winters. Not only did he fix the fireplace, but he cleaned up after himself (not many workmen do this).

Tim B is the best! This is the second time he's been to my house, on two unrelated matters, and BOTH TIMES quickly found the problem, thoroughly fixed the problem, and was not only completely professional...but kind as well. His helper, Andrew, was also thoughtful and quick to help or explain what was happening. Although I'm sure Pann has a number of wonderful technicians, I'm going to ask for Tim next time I have a problem...which hopefully won't be for a while. It was Friday, i was desperate and i know I will not be able to find anyone to service my leaking kitchen faucet. Renee answered the phone and was nice and friendly and helpful. This is special to me because it is rare plumbing phone rep or workers are friendly on the phone. She tried but no luck, however she got me someone on Monday. That is still the best offer. The company is very busy and squeezing me in was not easy. Tim came and did a good job. I am really grateful for a pleasant quick problem solving experience. These guys were terrific. They installed a tankless water heater. Came exactly on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, were meticulous about clean-up and moving my things out of the way while they worked. They also explained how everything worked, not that I totally understood it, but they were patient and not condescending. I had my storm door and front door replaced, and Brian is the best carpenter!! He was polite, courteous and an exceptional professional. The doors were installed beautifully and even when the paint on the front door didn't exactly match, he made sure he found a paint that did and the results are gorgeous. And at the end of the day, the front door area was spotless!!! Thanks so much Brian, for a job exceptionally well done! Ron H. arrived at our home and, within a very short time, had the issue diagnosed and repaired. He was beyond friendly and extremely professional. He took the time to weak me through what he had done to get us up and running and even gave me some easy maintenance tips. When Ron left, the area was clean and neat as if no one was ever there.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Hopefully we won't be needing your services any time soon, but if/when we do, Pann Home Services will be our first choice. 10/02/14 |

Needed my gas fireplace fixed and used Pann services for the first time. Ron H.
was excellent. He was on time, introduced himself and his apprentice(who was also terrific!) and worked very professionally. He had the part on hand and made sure the work area was covered to protect my furnishings. He worked
quickly and had the repair done in 30 minutes.
Very satisfied and would highly recommend him for further work.

These comments relate to Tim, Pann plumber who visited our condo unit and proposed a plan of action for a problem involving a water leak from our unit to the unit below.
His approach was logical, and his efforts to get a leak search effort set up before the weekend appropriate.

Ron and his co-worker Mike came to fix my fireplace that wouldn't light. Ron was courteous, knowledgable and efficient when it came to fixing my fireplace. He explained why the fireplace wasn't working and then proceeded to fix the unit so that it would function properly. He also cleaned the interior of the fireplace and reorganized the artificial logs which were misaligned. Ron H. is a great plumber. He has saved us numerous times over the years, and he is always calm, kind, professional, and clear. The most recent repair in August was to our main drain out to the street which had been broken by tree roots. An expensive job yes, but we had full confidence in Ron and never regretted our decision to give Pann the job. Service and timing could not have been better!! Water heater failed 2AM, phoned PANN at 7AM, was promised a response between 9AM - noon, rep arrived about 9:30; removal of old 75 gallon heater, installation of new one, cleanup were all done, and we had hot water before 1:30PM. 09/05/14 |

Fantastic service!! Friday 2 AM our water heater failed. 7 AM I called Pann and was told a Service rep would be out between 9AM to noon. At 8:30AM Pann called and said Rep was on his way -- he arrived about 9 AM. I decided which water heater I wanted (with input from Chris, the Rep), he placed the order, then was told delivery would take up to 3 hours since all the trucks were out on calls. Chris told me that he planned to go home, get his own truck and then go pick up the heater. Within 45 minutes he was back with the heater. By about 1:30 PM the old heater was removed, the new one installed, everything cleaned up, and we had HOT WATER. All this was completed within 6 1/2 hours of my call to Pann!!! I still have a hard time believing how great the service was!!!!!! Obviously plan to use Pann again!! Chris M. 08/30/14 |

I can't say enough positive things about Paul B. My husband and I owned an 1886 Victorian home in Cambridge (aka a constant labor of love) but had virtually no renovation savvy. We met Paul 5 years ago shortly after the purchase our home when he was working as a carpenter for Pann. Since that time he's been promoted but he's still willing to go out to a job and make sure whatever needs done gets completed. He's hard-working and intelligent and always follows through with what he promises. Letting people into your home to do work can be a bit worrisome, but you have nothing to worry about with Paul or any of the Pann employees. They were all a pleasure to work with over the years. They don't always bid the lowest for a job but I can assure you that they'll always delivery quality, complete work in a timely manner. We've since sold our home and moved to CA and I only hope I can find a carpenter/manager as competent, honest, and friendly as Paul to work on our new home. Paul B. 08/22/14 |

Pann is a company that puts customer service first! From the care that they took to cover my floors to the way that the service techs explained the process, I felt like the team really care about the work that they do. I had a new Navian system installed by Chris M., Tim B. and Ryan G. Tim B. had been to my home before and was just as courteous, helpful, and kind as the first visit. He's great! When he learned I was having another problem with my home, he made a call to connect me with the right service pro to help solve it as well - talk about going above and beyond! Chris M. was remarkable. He did a marathon installation (10 hrs) and his hard work and dedication were impressive.He was smiling and cheerful the whole time and never made me feel like my questions about the system were an imposition. He never rushed, making sure everything was perfect before they left, and even wanted to sweep my floors at the end of the night. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Pann! Last week I had two visits from Pann, both pleasant and helpful. Ryan came over to check out my rather finicky a/c, which wasn't working well in the basement. He's had to tweak it on other floors, and is always cheerful and friendly, even though it's rather old and unreliable. As usual, he found the problem and left me with a properly functioning system. Mike also came over last week. After careful consideration, he gave me a quote to repair a fence which had fallen over. He explained that he couldn't be 100% certain exactly what the problem was until the posts were completely exposed, but outlined the various possibilities, the solutions, and their costs. He was sensitive to my desire to keep the price as low as possible and came up with options that would help to keep them moderate. Had mold in my bathroom ceiling Mike k came out to give me an estimate . Gave me two options and didn't pressure me into the more expensive one. He actually started the work that day and came back the next day and finished in a few hours. He went the extra mile and search to find a ceiling paint that would provide more protection from mold returning. Tim took the time to *listen* to what the various issues were. He then diagnosed the problems. He then suggested various solutions, and educated me as to the pros and cons of each suggestion. I did not feel pressured to do anything.. We had an actual back and forth discussion, where he demonstrated his expertise and his intelligence. This was a warm Friday afternoon, and Tim did not try to rush away. He also repaired on site everything that was possible, at that point. He also fixed some shoddy workmanship from another company.
