George Filmer is a great service technician. If all your service technicians are like George your business is in great hands. I hope you won't forget my 6-month service this year. It had been more than a year since my last scheduled service. I was scheduled for an AC service on 1/10/14, but since neither my furnace service, nor my AC was serviced since 1/4/2013, George got an okay for a full service of both systems. He replaced my furnace filter, showing it to me first. All systems are working within normal parameters. Thanks.

Once again, I am very pleased that my furnace was installed and is maintained by Pacific Aire. Zaca just left my home and deserves recognition for his outstanding work ethic and commitment to top-notch service. My husband recently left the hospital after a cancer treatment left him with a severely compromised immune system. When we explained this to Zaca, he immediately took extra precautions to keep our home as free from dirt and contaminants as possible. He definitely cared about us and our special needs. He exemplifies commitment to excellence. Thank you, Zaca, and thank you Pacific Aire for your commitment to hire wonderful employees.

I had a technician Jose over my house for the company's promotion of $77 heating tune-up this morning. He was on time and very courteous. I usually have to ask guests to take their shoes off inside my house but didn't have to this time. He brought the covers for his shoes as well as the company's door mat - how considerate! Jose told me upfront that the service would take approximately an hour and what he was going to do, which was great for me to know what to expect. At the end, he gave me a fabulous assessment and recommendations. Now I know what to do with my old heating system. He was very knowledgeable and full of integrity. Pacific Aire won my business when it comes to heating/cooling system. Thank you so much!

I just used Pacific Aire for the first time. I couldn't be happier. The technician, Ozzie, was extremely professional and thorough. He checked out my air conditioning, did a safety check on my heater and installed a new thermostat. As I said, I couldn't be happier. Should I need any work done in the future, I know who to call.

Wow! The technician "George" was outstanding. He took his time, informed us of the problem found. Called for a second opinion to make sure he was correct and gave us the best deal around. Pacific Aire should be very proud of this technician! If all there employees are like George they will never run out of business. Can't wait to get the job completed and see how it comes out. I have been with Pacific Aire for about a year and a half. All of their techs are extremely helpful. This last visit to do maintenance for my heater was done by Zaca B. I cannot say enough good things about Zaca. He went above and beyond. On time, considerate of my home (i.e. wearing booties, careful with ladder, etc.) Took his time to diagnose. Gave me realistic suggestions and didn't try to 'up-sell' me. He even offered to change some lightbulbs for me since he had his ladder out. Gave advice on my smoke alarms throughtout the house. He explained so much, even the things that went over my head - :) I appreciate his respect for me and my home. You can't go wrong with Zaca.

Service rep, George, arrived at the exact time I was given by Pacific Aire. He was thorough in his exam of the faulty heating unit and gave an excellent overview of what the problem was with our heater. A part was needed and he right away put in a request for the part. Within a few a few hours I received a call from Pacific Aire customer service to tell me that they had the part and if George could return later in the day to install it. The part was installed and our heater is now working. George was professional, yet very friendly and personable. It was a pleasure meeting George. He is a valuable asset to your company

George is the best Senior Technician in the business. Trainee Ryan was courteous and did an excellent job. My advice is to everyone to sign up for the Maintenance Contract that Pacific Aire offers. It's a great deal at a very affordable price.

Zaca was very polite, respectful , patient and very good at explaining issues he found and did not pressure me to agree to become a Club member - just gave me the $ numbers so I could work it out for myself. Also, after discussing a potential improvement to the air filtration and I agreed to go ahead, he was willing to do it at the same service call, so I did not have to arrange a separate visit, which I appreciated as I work full time and had to take time off for todays service call. Zaca serviced my heating unit and signed me up for their service plan yesterday. He was the best service rep Pacific Aire could have sent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went beyond the call of duty. He even changed the battery in my smoke alarm and helped me take bags of items to my car that I was taking to donate at the Salvation Army. He did not try to replace parts that didn't quite need replacing. I felt like I got a great deal for a client who hadn't had her unit serviced in years. I felt I could trust him and hope he returns next summer to perform the maintenance on my air conditioning. I hope Pacific Aire recognizes the outstanding employee that Zaca is. YOU ROCK, ZACA!!!

Can't say enough about how great Pacific Aire is. Every tech that comes to my house has always been kind, courteous and respectful. However George F really set the bar high this time. He was very knowledgeable. He explained how the heating system worked, made some energy efficient recommendations and was all around helpful on what was just a maintenance call. I've been a customer of Pacific Aire for almost 4 years now and I highly recommend them. It's very assuring knowing that if something goes wrong with my HVAC unit, that they are just 24 hours or less away from fixing it. And you guys should give George F. a raise!

Got my heating system serviced by George F. today from Pacific Aire. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I like the fact that Pacific Aire is a private, locally owned and operated company and that they give their customers excellent service. George not only had booties for his work shoes, he also brought a door mat on which to wipe his shoes so he did not track any debris into our house. He also gave us tips to help our a/c and heating system run more efficiently and ways to use our built-in a/c fan to keep our house fresh and ventilated. We've had a maintenance contract with Pacific Aire for years and could not be happier with their service.

Tina came to provide me with an estimate to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner units. She was on time, very friendly and incredible professional. After surveying the layout of the hose and the two units, she asked some really good questions to better gauge our needs. After answering her questions, she gave me a quote and explained all the details. There was absolutely no pressure and I never felt like she was trying to 'sell me' on anything. She gave me a few options and answered all the questions I had for her. She was incredibly helpful and really knew her business. I completely trust her and Pacific Aire.

I live in a gated community where all air conditioners an heating systems are the same age and will mostly likely go bad soon. You will not be the first company I will recommend for the job…AS You promise to make things right but it takes a week just to nail a non damaged frame back to my ceiling…I could only imagine the mess if they had made the whole bigger for the installation...and only after we called you several times…did we receive a call back stating we would have to wait another 3 DAYS before it gets done.. With rats in the attic this is unacceptable to me and any one that asks will be notified….including twitter and facebook Virginia Epstein

Ozzie, the technician, was very patient and thorough. He determined what needed to be done vs. what had to be done immediately. He explained all of our options and was ultimately able to make what needed to be done affordable. We were so impressed that we decided to also purchase their maintenance program. It was very affordable and provides regular service checkups at no cost.
