I contacted Pacific Aire for servicing my air condition unit. Mr. Ryan Peck one of the service professionals showed up two days later. He serviced more than 20 different area of Air conditioning unit and heather. He replaced two dirty filters all for only $77.00. He was clean, knowledgeable and considered. I defiantly saved so much repair cost down the road by having them inspect all components and put it in writing. Great Job. Ryan P. 08/23/14 |

I contacted Pacific Aire re my air conditioning not working. Ryan Peck came out and inspected the system, determined the problem, and contacted PacAire re my current service agreement which did not include the A/C. I decided to upgrade to the Serv.Agreement which would cover this and he proceeded to fix the problem, inspect the system and make sure the whole thing was working and that I understood how to change it when needed. I cannot write enough positive comments about my first time use of Pacific Aire. Their advertisement for a tune up was fulfilled as depicted. The two technicians, Mikey and Frederick, exceeded my expectations, and tuned my dual central air system to performance like new. It's an 18 year old system and I had given up on any hope of it being revived. Well, these two tech's revived it. Spent a good 4 hours between both systems, and I couldn't be happier. Pacific Aire exceeded my expectations. Their advertised 'Tune-Up", was delivered as advertised. Mikey and Frederick were unbelievably professional. Showed ID, wore booties, and spent a good 4 hours tuning up my dual central air system. It hasn't run this good since new! Once on the day of my son's 16th birthday party for 50 people in August. She died the morning of, and they (Jason) had me up and running by the time people started showing up. Crisis averted. I recently installed 2 new air conditioning units. The upstairs unit created a faint noise when running .It could only be heard at the top of the hallway Ryan assessed the situation thoroughly . George and Mikey were very courteous, professional, and honest. They identified the problem with my air conditioner right away, and even fixed it for no charge. I had them install a new filter, but they did not try to hard sell anything. They mentioned their service contract but did not pressure me, and gave me some great tips on how to maintain my system. They took their time to ensure everything was working correctly before they left, and were very thorough. They even put booties on before coming inside the house so they wouldn't track in any dirt!
