I called to have my AC serviced since and told them there was no rush. I was really impressed when Michelle sent a guy out right away and he was at my house within 15 minutes! Ozzie blew me away with his level of service. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything he was doing and he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder the entire time. Received an air conditioning inspection and tune up with Ozzie. Very pleasant. Good salesman: talked me into the 5-2-1 compressor saver, but I know a little about electricity and motors and his presentation made sense. To anyone who is looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning company to maintain and potentially upgrade their systems at some point. We have used Pacific Aire continuously for about the last 10 years and we are very pleased. They are very well prepared, work around your schedules and their technicians are well educated on the latest systems and equipment. They respect you home as if it was theirs.

ALWAYS great service. Technicians are consistently extremely polite, professional, and respectful of my home. They place out mats and wear shoe booties as to protect my floors and keep my home clean. I just recently had my HVAC system replaced by Pacific Aire. Rudy (Project lead) and Mauricio (installer) were both great! They were very accommodating, even when I requested a change in the orientation of our attic unit. They were very courteous and helpful throughout. From Greg our Sales Rep, to Rudy / Mauricio our install team, to Grant our service tech, Pacific Aire's team is amazing. Great job guys and I would definitely recommend Pacific Aire.

George arrived promptly at the early end of the three-hour window. He greeted me courteously, laid down his mat over my own welcome mat, and put on his "booties" before asking if he could enter my home. My large dog immediately wanted attention, and George was courteous and friendly to him as well. George explained exactly what he was doing and why, and completed the service call quickly and efficiently. He pointed out several products that could be helpful for the heating/AC unit, and told me exactly how I could obtain them from Pacific Aire. When he left, he was again courteous and friendly, even making a point of saying good-bye to my dog. Great service call!

We have used Pacific Aire as our heating/air service for over a year so when we needed to replace the system, Grant came out to give me a quote. He spent a lot of time with me to explain all of my options and I believe I received a good deal. Rudy, Anthony and Mauricio were on time, polite and diligent about keeping everything clean. Greg Jamroz estimated our two story townhouse switch-over from ceiling electric panels (REALLY HIGH EDISON BILLS) to a 75,000 BTU gas furnace installed in our attic. Three of the vents had to go through our closets to downstairs. We had a couple other estimates and felt very comfortable with PacAire. Diego Martinez came out to finalize our installation schedule and the next day he presented his 6 man team to put in a gas line, roof vent, cut out 8 vents, etc. We were very fortunate to have Rudy GAMEZ as our foreman on this job who completed it in only two days! He installed our Sonotubes in the closets to give us a beautiful, clean installation. I would like to email a couple photos to the office this week of our unique sontube closet finishing system...plus I need the model # and serial # of our unit to fill out Ruud's registration form. We recently had a complete heater system installed in our house including new ducts. I can not say enough about Greg, Shawn, Maurisco and Brian. The installation was extremly profeassional and no CLEAN UP afterwards. We tried several company's but we chose Pacic Aire because they were the most help for our needs. After the sale the installation is the most important. We
highly recommend them.

The service I received from your technician in November, 2012, was the best ever. I will give the technician a 5-star rating. He was courteous, helpful, and informative. He showed me and explained to me what he was doing while working on my heater unit. I am sorry, I am not quite sure of his first name now. But, it could be George....
Anyway, he gave me the confidence back in your company. I will consider to have my heater being serviced again by your company.
