Wow. I have to commend Pacific Aire again. We have always been pleased with your service and personel for the many years we have been a client. Now, that we decided to purchase a new Air Conditioning System the choice of who to go to was easy. From the start everyone involved from our options to turning on the new system was professional, quick, and done perfectly. I give you 50 stars. We had our heating/air con equipment replaced last August by Pacific Aire and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the new equipment, sales, installation and service that Pacific Aire provided us. George visited us yesterday to conduct the one year service. He didn't disappoint us and continued to give us the same prompt, professional and warm and courteous service we've previously enjoyed from Pacific Aire.

Rudy & Anthony came out yesterday to help me with an electrical issue on my comfort system. I really appreciate the extra effort that they went through to get the problem fixed to my satisfaction. Mike V. is the only technician I've seen 2ce since I became a PacAire member. He is so thorough! He listens to everything I say and checks anything I'm worried about. He has made minor corrections with no charge and always tells me extra things I need to be aware of (a rat in the attic). He is very polite and pleasant. I couldn't ask for a better visit. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Pacific Aire from beginning to end. My first contact was with Maxie when I called to schedule an appointment. She was very polite and patient and answered all my questions. The follow up/reminder calls were also very courteous and appreciated. When Shawn, the technician, arrived to my home, he was very professional and clean. He took the time to lay down mats to protect my floors, as well as use shoe covers before entering my home. He patiently explained in terms I could understand the work that he was going to perform, did a thorough job of inspecting my A/C/Heating unit and when he was done he again patiently and completely explained the problems and what it would take to repair. Overall, I was completely satisfied, and it is rare for me to say that. Good job, Pacific Aire!

Awsome job! I really appreciate the care needed to install our new air conditioner compressor. Rudy the installer did a fantasic job to find a leak in our collant line that had a couple of holes punched in by another contractor. He patched the holes and got our new system installed without any other problems thatnks for the hard work and the documents needed to provide to our insurenance company.

Mike was on time and very professional. He used booties to keep our home clean and a floor mat to enter our home. The customer service is excellent and I was very happy with the help I was given. I had a lot of questions because I don't know a lot about my heating system and they were helpful to answer all of them. I felt that their pricing was very competitive with others, and I have had a few other quotes from other companies whose staff weren't half as nice.
