My air conditioner was over 25 years old and not cooling the house efficiently. I searched the websites and liked the information provided by Pacific Aire. I called for an estimate and the service technician arrived at the appointed time and confirmed I needed a new AC. After evaluation we set a date for a estimator to sixe and design a unit for my residence. I was told at this time the duct work was old and suggested to have this work also. I mention this, because it was an option (no pressure sales) I decided to go with Pacific Aire due to the professionalism in every area. (website, office, service technician and estimator) The new unit and duct work took two days and my house is now very comfortable, everything was done as described in the agreement. The final product completion and satisfaction, was due to the effort and diligence of Anthony and his crew. Anthony kept me informed every step of the way and the professionalism in keeping areas clean was: Outstanding. I would recommend Pacific Aire and Anthony to my friends and associates. The lead installer and his team did an excellent job in removing and installing an air conditioning and heater unit in my home. They arrived on time at my home and explained the process which would take place. They also took care to place protective tarps on my carpeting. We appreciate this company's yearly calls for scheduling check-ups on our systems. They call a day before to remind us of our appointment and let us know who will arrive at the door and when. Ryan Peck was here on time this morning and was extremely thorough in his annual check-up of our heating and air conditioning systems. Had my air ducts replaced by Pacific Aire (can't remember the names of the guys that did the work) but they were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They have always been prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeble in their service calls and have always arrived to the appointments on time and ready to go to work. Shawn has preformed this service several times now and has always represented his company's professionalism to the highest level possible. He has never been in a rush and always has been thorough in his assessments and procedures to assure that my systems perform to the best possible level. He has always taken the time to fully explain my options and has been honest in his recommendations. Ozzie Garcia was very knowledgeable and knew what to check when the compressor kept going on and off. He also made recommendations to make our furnace last longer and also what component would probably need replacing in the future but currently was within specs. The company seems to prepare their technicians for not only diagnosing problems but to keep the home clean by placing a door mat at the front door and putting on booties so as not to track in from the outside. Pacific Aire is a very professional, customer-conscious company. We had our annual A/C checkup today by company representative, Zaca B. He was very thorough. He replaced our filter. He took his time and never gave the impression he was in a hurry to finish. He answered all our questions. He gave us tips on things to do to be more energy-efficient.
