Robert came out this morning to do my annual furnace service. He appeared within the promised time frame. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me trouble shoot an issue caused by the company that installed my furnace a couple of years ago. He was very helpful in making suggestions regarding safety. He installed a surge protector, resealed the filter area at the bottom of the furnace and correctly insulated the vent at the top of the furnace. I would never have known to ask for these items. Robert made me feel very confident that now my furnace is in tip-top working condition and that all safety issues have been addressed. I still feel with the membership I pay, your prices for fixing things out of service, are very high.
I have priced other places and find you are not reasonable in your pricing.

Frederick is a true gentleman! He took time to actually connect as human before diving into work. I like that I didn't feel like he was just there to rush through the job and on to the next. He was also really great with my menacing puppy! He just kept working as she'd sniff him and bring him toys. He'd toss them once in a while, and he would even talk to her as he came in and out of the house. He checked out everything about my heating system and told me what was in good condition, and what was causing loss of heat. First off, I had no problem with George, he went above and beyond. Making sure I was safe and everything worked right. Also he made sure I understood everything about my furnace before he left. He did, however, point out some issues that were ultimately Pacific Aire Corporation's fault. That was there was a screen near my air intake that should be removed. I feel that when Pacific Aire Corporation installed my furnace they did not do the install correctly. The screen issue should have been addressed at the install? Makes me wonder where else corners where cut. Please don't blame George, he is truly a customer advocate. Pacific Aire Corporation missed 5 stars by this screen issue. After the system check the heater would not
function and start. We called and were told
that a tec. could not come for at least one week. We will call Monday again since the weather is coming in to see if a repair can be performed sooner.

Jonathan made an extraordinary effort to solve my wall heater problem. I thought there might be a little dust that was causing the smoke alarms to go off. However, Jonathan determined that it needed to be taken apart and washed down to get rid of the dust accumulation. I have a maintenance plan with Pacific Aire; there were no additional charges and I truly appreciated that.
