Thank you to your awesome rep, Grant S. He showed up at requested time and was neat and clean in all of his repair on my heating system. It was a 2 day job as he needed to get the needed part and, again, was prompt. He was very helpful in explaining the repair to me. He also listened to me as I probably rambled on about things. Thanks for having such a great rep for your well known company. Please pass this on to Grant S. as all people need to know that their time and work was totally appreciated.

George F. was the technician who came to my home today to do maintenance on my forced air furnace. He was very thorough in explaining what he was about to do before each part of the checkup and showed me the view of my furnace coils with hi... s camera device. He spotted a disconnect in the exhaust pipe that needed to be corrected and seemed well informed about the system. He was pleasant and courteous at all times and I would say he is a very good employee.

Mike M. Was very thorough, he took the time to educate and show me a few things about our unit. For $77 honestly wasn't expecting a 3hour AC service tune-up! I've always dreaded having to make a call to check up on ur unit...for reason of being over charged and hidden cost. Pacific Aire is legit and most important they take their time and are very professional. I'd consider myself mechanically inclined and after this service they just won a customer for life. I would recommend Pacific Aire to anyone needing service on AC/Heat. Technician arrived and placed his booties on his shoes to avoid tracking dirt and materials inside the house. He explained all aspects of his preventative maintenance service. He was thorough and even took the time to answer all questions asked inquisitive by 3 yr. old!! Thank you very much to George

Thanks, to our comfort specialist, Greg, our house has an improved envirnoment. Pacific Aire recently completed the replacement installation of the our second heating/Ac unit. Both units the company installed have improved the our comfort level. The homebuilder had installed very minimual specification units for heat and air circulation resulting in a low levels of comfort. The house is now finally warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thanks, for improving our home.

Thank you Michael I called Pacific Aire in the morning and they were out that afternoon early. When all other said days. I live in Fillmore and its been 90''s so with any air conditioning it was miserable. He diagnosed my problem as the motor, now I have a cool house again. Thank you Michael and Pacific Aire Staff.

I appreciated George's support during a 'follow-up' service call on June 15. George took the time to inspect the newly installed HVAC system's performance and listened to our concerns regarding apparent weak cooling performance and excessive buzzing noise from the compressor unit. George discovered poor heat exchange performance and low coolant in the system. When more fully charged, the noise level of the compressor was reduced and the system's cooling performance was improved. I appreciated George's patience and willingness to explain the system's performance, the work he conducted and his care of assuring our concerns were resolved. Wow! I just had the best service from George. We were wilting in the heat. He arrived before scheduled time, was extremely courteous and professional, and fixed our problem very quickly. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and had us cooled down before he left. What a personable guy. Pacific Aire provided wonderful service for me. My system broke down while I was out of state. Due to participating in their platinum plan, I was able to arrange repairs when I was 1800 miles from home. The service man were prompt, the office facilitating arrangements efficiently and without wrinkle. I only met Michael,Rudy and Mauricio, but they answered every question and concern of mine. When there was a minor glitch ( asbestos) they arranged for its removal quickly and rescheduled the rest of the work needed in just one more day. Thanks Michael,Rudy and Mauricio. Leslie Schilo

Dain was very good, very professional, explained everything. You could not have a better technician come to your home! Pacific Aire has GREAT customer service but you pay BIG BUCKS for it! It is WAY WAY WAY WAY overpriced! You can find similar service for half the price. They got me this time (fixing something I asked about 3 years ago when they installed my system) and told me it will be $1500 next time they have to come out. I won't be calling them again....
