Pacific Aire always sends out competent and thorough techs to maintain our system. But Zaca went above and beyond a regular service call. He made sure everything was working well and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. We really appreciated his attention to detail. I have had ups and downs with Pacific Aire over the past 3 years as a customer. Not to fault the level of service of Pacific Aire which has been excellent. This review is on 2 recent experiences with Pacific Aire.
I had recent service for a faulty part on our unit and Brian S was our technician. He was very thorough and explained things in layman's terms. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the repairs were successful. I could tell Brian was very experienced and was very good at his job. He was clear on how long it would take to complete the service and was very professional.
Just the other day, we had Zaca come out for our routine maintenance. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and was quick and efficient. It was a pleasure speaking with him about the work he was doing, his past experiences and about housing in general as he was quite versed in knowledgeable in a number of different aspects of home improvements.

It was great to see Zaca's enthusiasm and genuine passion for his work. He was very outgoing and narrowed down a problem we described during our biannual tuneup visit.
