Zaca exhibited exceptional customer service in his trip to my home. He was incredibly nice and went out of his way to insure that we were 100% satisfied with the tune up of our heater and our air filters. Zaca even went out of his way to clean the attic entrance to the pipe layout when I expressed my concern over its cleanliness. Zaca was funny, kind, and overall very experienced in his job. I would recommend Zaca for all future maintenance and repairs requests, as he is exceptional at his job.

Pacific Aire's technician, Zaca, is articulate, courteous, professional, and proficient in all respects regarding our 14-year old heating/air conditioning system. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and explained in detail what he was doing. My wife and I have great confidence in Zaca's competence and would be extremely pleased to have him service our equipment in the future.

Zaca arrived to service our heating/ac system. The air conditioner was not working (and has not worked properly since install three years ago). He worked diligently, remained pleasant, and after some research appears to have resolved the problem. At this time, the system is working properly. We are very pleased with his work, attention to our concerns, and clean up after his work. We would be happy and prefer to have Zaca return for any future repairs or service. Thank you.

Pacific Aire is a reputable company that stands behind their work. George F. performed our annual service. He was knowledgable about the system and gave us great tips. As usual, they made sure that they checked the unit thoroughly and even put on shoe covers and brought their own door mat to ensure they did not track any dirt into our home. Ozzie was very professional and courteous. He also represented the company in a professional manner. However I could not enjoy the company membership and discount, because I did not want to give out my bank account number for monthly withdrawal. The service Tech, Zaca, was so pleasant and went out of his way to make sure I knew and understood everything he did so refreshing. Having Zaca here for servicing our furnace was a pleasure. Not only did he do a great job on the furnace, he was fun to talk with and he had a charming interaction with our granddaughter -- he let her read him stories as he worked! I signed up for the service contract on the condition that he will be the person who comes to do the work.

We have been a customer for 8 years and have been serviced by many employees of Pacific Aire. Most were great but Zaca was exceptional. He is friendly and polite but more importantly, he is knowledgeable and engaged. I will request him for my next 6 month service.

Mr Zaca came out to do my 6 monrh service and was very thurough and competent. He explained everything to me and made suggestions for what improvements I need to think about. Zaca B, attended to my regular tune-up of my air conditioner and heater yesterday.
He was prompt on his appointed time and very efficient and informative regarding
servicing and explaining with patience.
He is the BEST technician that I have encountered of all the rest. Both my wife and I
was very satisfied and learned a few points toward the care and maintenance also.
I would recommend Pacific Aire to friends and relatives in relation to his work etc..

Last week my mother, Antoinette Tallarico had a service call and was fortunate enough that it was from Zaca B. She was so impressed with him that she insisted that I share her comments with you. Recently she has been going through some tough things in her life and has been very down. She lives by herself and does not get out much. She had the pleasure of meeting Zaca and told me how wonderful he was. She called me as soon as he left and told me that he was so kind and sweet and took time out to speak with her. She said that his visit really brightened her day and made her feel great! Mike M. (Tech) has wonderful customer service skills. He was on time to the service call, kept the work area clean and presented a professional appearance. he was extreemly knowledgeable is his profession, helped make a repair decission (without pressure) offering us the chance to make a informed decission on if the repair should be done and possible hazard if it was not done. Mike was extreemly nice and courteous and had EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
